Currently own the Rocket R Cinquantotto. Amazing machine with superb build quality.

Whats moving me more toward the rocket is the manual lever and dials- both are beautiful in their own right. Thanks again for the amazing review

What is the best machine besides the Decent to buy in your opinion? I really like the idea of the Linea Mini but there seems to be better solutions now. I also really do not like the idea of a vibration pump but will not be plumbing it in. I love my Flair 58 but looking to go with a new machine for the convenance of steaming milk occasionally and saving some space versus all the items on my counter for work flow. Thank You!

I really want an Eagle one but I also love the self-serviceability from the e61 design which is what I am using now.

Exactly, you know the E61 is gonna be much easier to repair, less costly and doable by any technicians anywhere unlike the Eagle one where probably only techs from the store that sells the machine would be able to do it. I currently have the R58 and I'm hesitating with the Eagle but I have a hard time justifying the price.

In Canada I see a $4,000 CAD difference ($4,500 vs $8,500). Insane. I really like the Vitoria Arduino app control and design but that price gap is a killer.

For perspective we sell the Rocket R Cinquantotto here for AUD $5290 and the Prima for AUS $7295 so there is a gap here too but not as big.

R58 can make 100 glasses per day?

If these 100 coffees are regularly required in short period of time, we would suggest a commercial machine especially if served as a milk-based coffee. As the R-Cinquantotto does not have a cup/glass capacity however the volume of water being dispensed from the group head in a short period could affect the recovery time required to match the set Brew temp. So basically not recommended.

I agree this should had been compared more against the R9 to be at a similar price-range but still somewhat interesting as I currently have the (Rocket R58) since 2019 which I paid only 3600$CAD before the "Covid Tax" of +1000$ for no reason. I was looking at this new (Eagle One) but I have a very hard time justifying the 8500$CAD even on sale at 8000$CAD when it is definitely not 2.5x better and have some cons too such as heavier weight, smaller tank capacity and surprisingly doesn't even have a "Pressure Profiling" at this crazy high price which is unacceptable.
I was looking at the (Elektra Verve) which is the "cheapest" stabilized grouphead but one of the only store here that was selling it on sale at 4500$ said he didn't recommend them and like 2 out of 3 had issues, and I read bad comments about the Wifi/App and bugs on forums and it is very unlikely that a smaller company keep updating their app if the machine doesn't sell that much. Not so sure too anyway about the wood look.
It just sucks there seems to be nothing in between a dual boiler E61 such as the R58 and something like the Eagle One. Why those groupheads are that expensive, and I'm somewhat scared of being that much depending on a software to use the machine as if it stops being updated or the devs don't fix bugs quickly, then the super expensive machine could almost turn into a huge paper weight while a E61 machine is almost serviceable forever and anywhere by most techs.

Not really a fair comparison the Prima should be compared to the Rocket R nine

Mate you've done many great "VA Prima vs xyz machine" videos but this one is a bit pointless, the two machines are very diferent, both functionally and price range wise
I'd recommend to stop, you've beaten this horse, time to move on. Don't rake this the wrong way, please ;)
    Cheers.

@@CoffeePartsTV No worries mate. BTW that Super Jolly V Pro I tried to order from CP into NZ and failed, managed to source here directly from Mazzer NZ disti. Just thought you should know since we were both part of the order process and chatted about it.
And what a grinder it is!
