I am very thankful for every celebrity, athlete, actor, etc who actually has the courage to come out publicly and take a stand for the community. I know that by doing so they are exposing so much of themselves and their personal life to the public; but also they make the world a better place, every person that is publicly out helps another one that is struggling with their sexuality in some remote angle of the world where homosexuality is not as accepted as in the US.
Even though we have come a long way, the power of coming out has not changed from 30 years ago.
I hope in the future more celebrities will be willing to share their stories and help the people out there.
