Merlin groupp should build some decent shopping malls in Durgapur as well and maybe one near the airport. Kolkata already have a lot of malls they should decentralize malls to other important cities of west bengal

I only hope they don't get bust like other developers in India such as Unitech, Amrapali Group, Japypee Infratech, HDIL (because of the PMC Bank fraud case)
