What would YOU do with an ENTIRE STADIUM to yourself?!

- This baseball game was closed to the public -- except for me! I got a special invitation to be the ONLY FAN in attendance, and it was pure magic. How many baseballs did I get? How friendly were the players? What did I eat (with all the concession stands closed)? How did this even happen in the first place?
Most importantly, while running around like a madman, I raised some money for my favorite charity. It's called Pitch In For Baseball & Softball, and I decided to donate $5 for every baseball that I got. I also decided to donate all the baseballs as well. Want to join me in supporting them? This charity provides baseball and softball equipment to kids and communities in need all over the world, so it's a great cause, and you can donate here:

BTW, this was a Low-A Southeast Minor League Baseball game at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter, Florida. The two teams I saw were the Palm Beach Cardinals and the visiting Lakeland Flying Tigers, and the video was filmed on August 10, 2021.

Also, as promised, here's my blog entry about the Major League game when I snagged 36 baseballs:

Thanks to "Fenway Chris" (@yonner on Insta) for filming. Thanks to Noah Goldberg for getting some bonus shots, and thanks to Kingston Liniak and Noah Mendlinger for being extra friendly -- and thanks to everyone else who was working at the stadium for making my time there extra special.
What a crazy day! Thanks for watching! - Спорт
Friendly reminder to everyone out there to support your local minor/independent league team if possible! Best wishes to all.
Yes! I live a few miles away from my hometown MiLB team, and it's a fun experience so I agree
I’m from Southern North Carolina and I like to go see Durham Bulls games!
no
>:(
It's fun going out.If you go enough,players/coaches get to know you,it's alot of fun!!!
So the closest minor team is the Potomac nationals and in 2017 I think I threw the first pitch during summer break
Miller and Andrew are very smart. Talk about media relations, Zack has an enormous UA-cam channel and as one baseball fan to another this guy has as fantastic knack for being in the right place to catch home run baseballs. Miller I hope you get an enormous boost in fans from this gesture.
That's very nice of you to say, and I sincerely hope that more folks go to this stadium to watch baseball.
@@zackhample Or hang outside for foul balls, lol, video showed people walking past baseballs next to the sidewalk ?
Andrew Miller???
Last night I got 7 balls at a minor league game then remembered you’ve gotten like 20 in one mlb game before 😂 keep it up zack
He got 36 in one MLB game in 2011.
7 balls at a game is still impressive tho
what team?
@@LuisFlores-kq5fh Carolina Mudcats, they're high A for the Brewers
@@wyattsexton4132 ok cause I thought it was the somerset patriots and I was gonna say that u got to go to the game before there stadium turned into a pond
Once again, you’re living what most of us dream of. What a great video.
Thank you!!

Anyone else think Zack should be mic'ed up so we can hear him while he is being filmed from a distance?
Su rely
Wireless mic and mounting a receiver that won’t cause interference with other wireless signals is nearly impossible in a stadium. Also, not allowed sadly.
@@NYY212 aw dang
hes a baseball player?
Pretty sure anytime he’s being filmed from a distance he’s ripping ass
I don’t even like baseball but I love watching zack he just entertains me thanks zack keep up the great work
Baseball is good napping TV. Unless it was This Week in Baseball or Jomboy.
I was dying when he used the ball trick while all the minor Leaguers were watching 😂😂😂. Much love Zack
Glad my buddy Nick hooked you up at 30:26 as I think he tossed you 3 during the night. Keep up the great work Zack!
He's da man! Tell him thanks for me.
Earlier this season I was able to do 10 minutes of Dodger BP inside Dodger Stadium by myself. A surreal but amazing experience.
How?
@@haveeair It was one of the first games after them relaxing Covid protocols and allowing season seat holders early for BP. They randomly bumped up the time to 3 hours before, and I was the only one there. I was in there for 30 minutes by myself, but got the first ten or fifteen minutes of BP before anyone else arrived.
So cool!!
Oh that had to be exciting, you can't even describe it,just have to be there!!!
Stadium is clean, wasn’t sure about housekeeping but was very impressed, clean, comfortable seats and Baseball sounds like a great deal.
Great Video. Glad you take time to fuel the body
OUTSTANDING! A visit to Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is on the list! Great work Z!
Glad to see you make the most of the opportunity. However, the empty stadium is a sad sight.
I hear you. The whole planet needs to get back on track.
@@zackhample Absolutely
Baseball retrieval #29 was my favorite. When Rich and I ballhawk outside stadiums the one place to look at are the street curbs. Cool, unique, interesting nice change of pace video.
Thanks, Mark.
This is such a fun change of pace! Great video work by Fenway Chris as always. Your the man Zack!
Thanks! And yup, I love how quiet and relaxed this was.
Thanks!
Watching Zack find hidden baseballs is like watching a kid on an Easter egg hunt.
:D
I love your passion and enthusiasm Zack! It's inspirational!
The baseballs can't hide, when Zack is around ;-)
🤣🤣🤣 Love when you hurried to get the ball before the kid. He had no idea you’d give it to him, you just needed to get it first!
Ha, yeah, that took me by surprise and my instinct was to race him. I hate it when adults let kids "win" but I was still glad to hook him up.
@@zackhample agreed. I just simply explain I’m a 38 year old kid. 🤣🤣 At the end of the day, both you and the kid walked away with what you both wanted!! All that matters!!
Probably one of the most entertaining videos I've seen from you. Loved it! More minor league games please!
Thanks! So glad to hear that and I will try.
Zack with the Esapnol “No Mas” lol 👍 Love it
No need to run but lots of walk 😉😄 Another great experience obviously!!!
Now this is how u treat zack hample. The dodgers need to make it up to him
Ha! What an amazing experience that must have been! I’ve been there for spring training…great little park.
Thanks!
Love this stadium I was just recently was there
Thank you for posting amazing videos lol!! It’s always nice seeing /exploring videos haha . Thanks 😂😂
I saw you catch adalberto mondesi’s home run last night. I’m a Royals fan and when I saw you catch that I went nuts!
I was watching the Indians last night and I saw that as well! I'm like, is that Zack Hample? Of course it is lol. He is everywhere.
Awesome! Glad you saw it and thanks.
Love to hear the crack of the bat like that. Beautiful day for a ball game.
love how quiet it was especially during BP. must be so relaxing 😌
Very. Miller was nice enough to keep the music off for a bit.
Great to see that ballpark again.. I played for the Montreal Expos Org so i spent many hours around and in Roger Dean Stadium ! Thank you Zack from Amsterdam
How far did you make it?
I follow players I saw in college. One really made it,Aaron Judge!
@@terrytitus6945 short season Single A
Nice snag on the Mondesi ball last night! The big glove was no match!
I love the sound of the baseball hitting the metalbleachers. Beautiful but also scary AF :-)
Greetings from Germany :-)
I got 41 baseballs at Arvest Ballpark in Springdale, AR. The NWA Naturals (a double A team) plays there. I got there when the gates opened, got 23 baseballs pre-game, and then followed with another 18 balls during the game. There were actual fans in the stadium to top that. Love your vids zack! Thanks for reading this comment!!
Were there just a gazillion easter eggs? Or actual bp
that 7 th baseball with the cup and rope trick is just pure PERSERVERANCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! zacK is the "JOE DIMAGGIO OF BALL HAWKERS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grew up going to this stadium as a kid and having season tickets to the hammerheads. crazy you got to have the whole place to yourself!
Hi zack
He’s so kind for every baseball he gets he donats 5 dollars
Love Minor League Ball. Wish all the cities supported their teams more
I LOVE having the whole stadium to myself! It's happened a few times for me. Difference experience for sure. Even more fun, if you can is be there for sunrise, since most fans don't get that option, even in Boston when they do the Patriots Day game in April. Had this kind of fun several times in Boston (always helps to "know a guy" as you know). 9/11 blood drive at Fenway once one reason, but in Texas and Tampa, just was there until the "Hey you, go home" message was given. And like this video...minor league stadiums are even easier to get to yourself...unless it's a Red Sox/Yankees minor league club. LOL
Oklahoma city dodgers games are always packed too
Love u Zack and hopefully soon I will get into pitch in for baseball!
I live in Jupiter and go to this stadium all the time!
The Marlins and Cardinals share that stadium during preseason. It’s a nice place. The surrounding area is nice as well.
36 baseballs at a major league game is awesome. He must have had some luck along with skill for that one. 35 baseballs is not too shabby either. Keep up the good work Zack. Love watching the videos.
Many thanks!
Great Video Zack. I had so much fun watching you run around to find foul balls inside and outside the Stadium. As a Cardinals fan I have been to Cardinals spring training games in that stadium. Not been there recently, but I go to Clearwater a lot. I got a Florida State League baseball couple years ago from the Clearwater Thrashers. When I am down in Clearwater I like to go to a Clearwater Thrashers game or a Phillies spring training game. Miller and Andrew at the beginning made me think of Andrew Miller a Cardinals pitcher.
Pregame is so quiet compared to a major league game.
Thanks! I was hoping people would enjoy this weirdness.
Just saw this vid from 9 months ago!!!! It really shows your passion for the game!
Lol 😁 @14:04 That gal didn't give a rat's patooty about that baseball on the grass.
19:45 I do this 😂 ... but at least you curved the brim!!!!!!
I had 46 in one game at Frederick 7 years ago. 44 in BP and 2 during the game. Frederick pitcher Parker Bridwell threw a 1 hitter vs Potomac in Early May 2014. I went to 19 Potomac Nationals games that year. That was the also only time I saw Potomac lose that year 18-1. Tony Renda had the only hit in the game. Ended up briefly playing with the Reds.
Imagine how much pressure he was under when he was being watched by the entire team at that moment and doing that cup trick to get the ball
Good afternoon Zack! Nice catch yesterday!
I remember watching the world babes all classics when I lived in Jupiter, first time I got to meet David Ortiz, it’s a beautiful stadium along with Abacoa
I live in royal palm and love going to the hammerheads games and sitting in the cool zone🎉
12:11 great excuse to leave a boring ass game 😂
Zack: "I'm the only fan in the stadium!"
Me: "Then who da heck is moving da camera"
Fenway Chris
@@sherriolsen7578 then he's not the only fan in the stadium
This is like Easter for you Zack! Even my childhood wasn't this great haha
Ha.
It's always great to have a new long Zack video
I love these minor league stadiums, I moved to Tampa this year, and going to the Tarpons, Flying Tigers, Dunedin Blue Jays, Clearwater Threshers, all those stadiums/teams are great and super friendly.
I go to Clearwater Thrashers games sometimes when my family and I go to Clearwater. I also been to Phillies Spring Training.
@Rowdy Jr When I can they just cost way more when you add in parking, and food/drink.
Minor league teams deserve some support from fans and locals. You never know when one of these players may become a future all star.
Minor league teams are just as much fun, also better prices, close to field, cheaper food, and again its BASEBALL!
Great video! This one was fun and a great cause. You’re a legend. Hope to one day meet you at a game!
Thanks so much. I hope so too.
I live right by the stadium and it’s good to see you in town to watch a game! I love your videos, keep up the great work.
Thanks!!
Same
i go to this stadium twice a week
some catch that🤣 10:40 nice one
Your my favorite UA-camer
Love that stadium been there for a spring training game a few times
I saw your catch last night. Very nice.
I had that happen when I would attend batting practicevfor UNLV Rebel baseball.I talked to any players who would stop. Some just came over.I would watch the direction of balls being hit, watch what they were doing in the bullpen, drink the fountain drink I brought, ate snacks It was a blast!!!
Saw you catch that Mondesi homer! keep it up man
Go Job Zack!! God Bless you!
Awsome Zach!! Just another great video like always also good to see Fenway Chris back in a video!
Thank you Jimmy!
ZACH you have got to be the greatest and most respected ball chaser of all time 🙌
Always excited to see that notification pop up with Zack’s name. Love the vids my man
Shagging balls outside the stadium is amazing. I attend virtually every game at my minor league stadium, but my "seat" is outside the stadium. I know how special that feeling is to zoom around (like in your video, there is sometimes hardly anybody outside) and see a ball lying by a curb or on the grass, knowing that it's all yours.
It's a shame that the stopped using the regional league balls, and use the generic "Minor League Baseball" (I found it interesting that one of the game balls you shagged was a FSL). I was lucky enough to go on roadtrips to get one ball from every affiliated league (except the Gulf Coast, which stopped using their own ball before I got there) before the switch.
I thought I would be over ballhawking after ~5 years. I was so wrong lol. So I definitely appreciate and admire your passion, Zack. Keep up the good work man
at the 19:52 mark where the usher gave you that cap , i myself ALWAYS TAKE OFF THE STICKER TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
such a great stadium i love to go there for the games
I used to work there i was the mascot for the Jupiter hammerheads best job ever

You are my favorite UA-camr of all time. Keep up the great work!
Imagine going from the minors to majors. Wonder how sureal that would be. Even though you hate the rockies I hope you catch even more balls next mlb game you go to haha Much Love
I don't hate the Rockies at all. I hated my trip home from Denver. That's all.
No fans in the stadium, but they have a stadium announcer. Hahahahaha
Scouts and family were there.
Props to Noah for the run 18:00
That was a tremendous effort.
When Zack goes to his next stadium and See's people he gonna be like "what the heck is this"
You should try out headlock field in Portland Maine! such a great experience! lots of foul balls and 1 spot in the outfield but not so much home run balls. there. anyway my favorite minor league stadium🏟. Hope you’ll be able to go there at one point. Last game is on sep.19. Have a great time at the other stadiums!
Nice zack you are like every where and if I was having a stadium 🏟 all to myself I would be happy because no one is there and you have space and time to catch some baseballs and also there is no one coming at you getting the balls stealing them like awsome how it is empty
I like how all the players stopped and watch Zack use the cup trick
You with the cup and all of the players watching had me dying😂
Nice catch at the Royals Indians game on that homer Zach can’t wait for the video
I was expecting some kind of clickbait honestly…YOU WERE NOT LYING!
Living the Dream, Zack. Shag away bro lol.
Adam the woo went to the Toronto Blue Jays below single A club, like 200 people where there, but they each got like 2 balls, Adam and his 2 other friends
Zack it’s always a good day when you post

NEW GLOVE TRICK At 25:39 Mark - Hi Zack, I love your New Glove Trick ! Enjoy. ; )
Wow! This is a dream come true!
everyone standing around to watch the cup trick made me laugh my ass off lmaooo
They tend to keep anything that lands on the field for PB I go to Brooklyn Cyclones games sometime and they rarely see then do player throw balls to fans during games also if you haven’t yet feel free to attend a Brooklyn Cyclones game you can sometimes even find balls on the parking lot as what happened on of the few times I went to a game by car instead of public transportation
Thought the empty stadium was Tropicana Field for a minute!
I love this organ fanfare at 16:32
I’ve been there so many times super cool
