You don't need over half the things you're doing in this video!!! You're gorgeous!! I'm telling you, NO ONE, absolutely NO-ONE is looking at the little peach fuzz on your cheeks!! (and if they are, that's a serious them problem and run for the hills to get away from them because you deserve so much more) I just feel like you're overdoing it a bit and you'd be so much more relaxed if you take in how genuinely and naturally beautiful you are. I have coeliac disease too!! Been diagnosed 10’years now. It takes a while to fully heal the body it took me 2 years to feel better.
Just make sure you get enough B vitamins as we lack being able to absorb that via diet .

I just tried it for the first time. Does not hurt at all, totally helped with my clenching and it even slimmed my face a little. I'd totally recommend! it was a huge game changer for me :)

Girl, why are you plucking your eyebrows like that? That hurts!! Pull them exactly towards the same way they grow! Also, hold the skin with your other hand so the skin doesn't move while you pull. That way you don't hurt your pores as much AND you don't feel pain. Everything else, fabulous!! Happy NY!

I’ve been watching you for agesss but I get you so much, my health is super bad, I have pollen food syndrome (im allergic to raw fruits, veg and some nuts) which is depressing, Im low in everything, iron (im anemic too and iron deficient) protein, calcium, blood, b12 .. literally everything im low in, im on so many medications but I feel as though there’s no help, i barely eat but I want to get into a better diet but never know where to start… 2023 was a rough year, 2 friends passed away and I lost 2 babies, my nana was told she’s on end of life support.. 2023 was a lot, it was depressing and I’m so happy we’re in a new year, even though I feel as though my life is shambles, I have to keep going to get to where I want to be, we go through tough things but in reality life just teaches us to survive and to get through each day
I saw your comment and you seemed so sad. I’m sure you are taking supplements but perhaps lost on what to eat. Here are some food ideas of things with protein or ways to cook and eat these problem items: chickpea pasta, scones with almond flour and coconut flour [almond flour has protein], diy veggie chips, caramelized bananas, cinnamon apple oatmeal [cook the apples in sugar first]. I hope this helps.

Im fit but i decided to eat healthy and after that i forgot about my decision and continued to eat unhealthy what my body did? Each time i ate unhealthy snacks or food i got acid reflux which forced me to follow a healthy diet
