This video will show you how you can create one of those blurry / gradient animated backgrounds in Webflow, using some divs and a blurry filter. It can be further customized to look however you want, but here are the basics :) Have fun.

if your animation is jumpy, it might be due to the fact that your initial state and end state are set to 0px instead of 0%. this worked for me

you can, in a way.
there's a online software/ web service that provide "turning Webflow creation into Wordpress template"
with that said, it is possible but you have to build the website under Webflow first.
