think it weighed like 19k, it was supper light, just bulky. I could be off on the weight. All I remember is I got great fuel mileage with these type of loads.
Glad to see you post again Dale. I understand how the newness of all this VLOG-ing can wear off and it starts to look like a tedious daily/weekly chore. But please know your efforts in sharing your Maverick experience are appreciated by us who are home-bound and only wish we could have the life that you enjoy. Stay safe driver!
Glad to see your back dale I enjoy your video keep up the good work. I’m loading in Kenosha wi going to Mississippi maybe one day we will able to cross paths. Take care and be safe out there.
Cool your back. I seen a Maverick flatbed here close to pittsburgh the other day by the steel mills...wasnt you...i allways try and see driver so if its you i can be like hey i seen ya lol...peace.
Nice seeing you back, unless I've missed a few videos, I take it this morning more than 1 week collection. Meanwhile lunch getting cold on this March Saturday afternoon.. 😎
I watch your videos just about every day. I do some local trucking as a supplement to my day job. I'm a family man. I would love to go trucking full-time, but I just don't know how that would work out being a family trucker. How's it work for you?
Ted Pennebaker , usually the tubes coming out of there are 8-15k at most, there is nowhere to secure anything at the front tbh. A bulkhead might help, but I was told straps only by the loaders, so I throw a lot of em.
@@DaleLClay sounds more a truck stop tail. 8mpg yes 9 mpg on a good day but an average of 10 yep don’t buy it. And your Tripp meter reading that on a down hill slop don’t count
I was subscribed to XM radio for about 7 years, than I needed an upgrade on equipment , thanks to me not doing it, IHeart came along, I paid for the all access, than we got the Echo, paying for that, both XM and IHeart are obsolete, I am going to delete IHeart, which just declared bankruptcy , why should I pay 2 bills when I just pay for the Echo, which you can listen to offline, I am surprised that XM is still around, they keep sending me emails , no thanks to XM ,
I did not pay for mine. Knowing what I know now and how well it works I would buy it. But without knowing I would be completely hesitant just like you. There is a definite difference especially when I travel the areas where my cell phone never worked before and then it does because I have this device that was the proof I needed to know this thing would even work.
Are you taking care of your health Dale, sometimes you seam to be struggling, (worn out/breathing heavily). Watch diet, and get some type of cardio, i mean if you want to. Dont let trucking ruin your most important asset.
The pipe is a drill core device. See the TV program "The curse of Oak Island" they are using one to find the Ark of The Covenant 😂 The show should be renamed... "If we drill enough holes in this island, it will sink!" 😂 Good to see you back!
why no Bulkhead with this load. First video I have watched of yours I have reservations on Tie Down Technique.
5:14 I see bud light got his trailer in there straight.
scary load .... no bull nose chain....

Does your truck radio not have XM I know mine does
How much is short mileage pay?
Welcome back, I’ve been missing that “dry Witt”

Every time I’ve run that load out of there it’s been straps only, I throw 6 on it but, hucking a chain over that tube is dangerous imho.
Stan W I throw straps on that run too
True, but I don’t carry a rope and a snaphook.
It’s a dirt hole saw bit ,or you can call it a coring bit

It's what I like to call a temp job.
Dale Clay Plus no one is shooting.
No trip chain or bulkhead to keep the pipe from sliding forward during hard braking?

Hiya Dale! Nice to see you back.

Good to see you back being your special self lol

Calling me a liar is always nice to see.

You are on private property and not moving :-) So you clear there

Is that cell signal booster worth the money? Those things are expensive!

Good video! Don't stay away for so long. :)
Yes Yes Yes,, I work Fri, Sat, Sun. That would be in Frisatsun... Peace, God Bless America...
Hope you don’t get in trouble for getting on the trailer and in the tube without your PPE!
Hey dale, what has the talk in your circle been about trumps potential steel tariffs? Have any shippers or receivers expressed concern?????
25mfd Just what's in the news, nothing from steel people I talk to.
Ditto with the rest - been watching for you. Cap'n Hart said it well; I concur.

Asthma, other than that I am a very young looking old man.
Dale Clay
I have asthma also. Advair works great.
Your humor alone should dry that truck, lol.
👍
You going to IA
Long time no see
Well at least you're not bitter. Lol
