But today was a First for me as a Dasher… a Kid Reported they didn’t get their “Junk Food” delivery.
If you are sick and tired of these people let us know in the comments

Customers who lie about not getting their food should be deactivated. This is stealing.
I would report it to the principal. I'm sure they have cameras.
For sure!
Or the secretary, they frequently have more power.
Definitely what I was thinking theft on school grounds
Or u clowns could stop delivering to no tippers. Top Dummies
Good point. Some schools don;t allow students to have food delivered to the school. That is probably why he/she wanted order handed to them outside.
This is why PIN numbers need to be on all orders
Pin numbers …. Genius
Every order has a PIN and delivered to a person.
Not every order needs a pin #. Totally agree. Every order should have a pin #. I know many giggers hate it, but it's a sure way of knowing they got it.
💯💯💯💯💯💯
@@ezdboymaybe for you
The fastest way to get deactivated is a no tip customer.
That's why I never accept trash orders like this. Okay, my AR will suffer. In fact, my AR is suffering at 32%. I rather have a suffering AR and miss out on Dasher perks than dealing with cheap, low-life, over-entitled, no-tippers who will exploit the system, all for a free ride at the cost of the driver's livelihood.
@@JuanN64Projects In my market if my ar is less than 70% I can't even work the app. Fortunately it's easy to even be in the 80% range because of where all the restaurants and developments are located.
Fastest way to get 1 stars as well, had like 3 non tippers the other day cause dd finessed me and it looked like a good order dd ended up upping the pay, what’d ya know, got a 1 star all of a sudden.
You should tell them that you MUST meet at the front office. Schools do NOT allow deliveries to students because safety and security reasons. Once delivered to front desk then the school officials will handle that. It is considered trespassing for dashersduring school time
Facts !! They have no skin in the game. What they got to loose
A high acceptance rate doordasher got a did not deliver contract violation from a no tip customer?? No way!! I'm so shocked!
😂
Yeah I've gotten two since the beginning of this month both hand to me
Absolutely pathetic
People continue to make wasteful- horrible- ignorant decisions.
Why does DoorDash allow this abusive behavior I had a total of 10 deliveries in a 10 hour dash yesterday and being at platinum status 85% of my orders between $4 - $9 with 4 no tip customers DoorDash needs to fix this issue and they won’t it is absolutely pathetic
It’s sad I got two violations in one day from a contactless no tip delivery and a hand it to me. Makes no sense that we have to deal with ignorance from customers like this especially when you are a top dasher and take time to make a lying fraud a priority!!!
Love this video. You’re 10000% right. I take pictures every time just so I have them for proof. I’m extremely lucky in my area for I RARELY or never go a work day with a no tip. I agree with everything you say here.
That's why we follow the slogan ,"no tip no trip". At first glance it may seem greedy or we're just cherry picking ,but my worst experiences are with people who don't tip. Ironically, they're the most entitled, financially
challenged ,unhappy, and play the most games.
I had an offer earlier for $2 for nine miles. I started laughing hysterically and said hell no and push that decline button. Just before that I had a stacked order for two places 15 miles for $10. That also got declined. I know that two dollar one will be bouncing around for a while if anybody ends up picking it up.
9000+ deliveries here, and your statement is absolute facts. I HATE when I deliver a good double and find out one of them was no tip. This is what is going to be the downfall of these services. Just what Pedro is talking about here.
@@john5389 I don't have that many, but recently I have noticed a few recent stacked orders (going to the same address), that did not show as multi-pickups.
is true we are not gonna drive for 2 or 3 dollars to do delivery
That happened to me when I was in Dallas Texas student did that and I went back to the school the next day they found the student they had me call doordash the student got on the phone with doordash support and they fix the issue and the child was suspended don't let it slide dude
What needs to happen is the camera footage needs to be pulled, because nearly every public and private school has cameras, once verified the customer did actually receive the order, she needs to be deactivated. This “I didn’t receive my order” garbage will continue until lying customers get held accountable.
I turn my camera on for any delivery that is a "hand it to me" order and record handing the order to the customer.
On every hand to me, I always at least "pretend" to take a picture. I tell the Customer I need a quick picture and hold up my phone like I'm taking a pic. The customer doesn't know if you did or not, but it will stops them from saying they didn't get their order if they think you took a picture of them holding their order.
I do that now too
that's a golden rule, dont deliver to kids, at high school, or middle school. if you deliver to a school make sure it is a teacher. kids dont care
Why are kids able to even use DD
You really have no idea if it’s a student or teacher until you get there though but I feel you
“A golden rule” dude wtf I have 10,000 deliveries and hir the fck are we supposed to know who is ordering hahahah
@@TheBeaver50 you can get a good idea, base don there it is going at what time. lunch time, going to a high school. it is 99% gonna be a kid,. you can zoom in on the map in the initial offer screen before you hit accept to see exactly where its going
How are you detecting the kiddos? Lol 😂
the fact that it was your good deed order, & this happens, ppl wonder why they never receive their food with no tip.
He took it because he is playing the AR game. Not because he is trying to be nice.
STOP taking no TIP offers it is more trouble than the risk. You can be KIND don't mean you have to be NICE understand!
That's BS. Doordash should see 100% of your deliveries are complete and remove it without question. I'm sick of them believing the customer with dashers with great stats
I don't get out of my car for 4.75
On principle alone, $4.75 gets declined 99% of the time.
I avoid these types of deliveries if I can help it, to not get contract violations
1. highschools, middle schools
2. apartments
3. low income, ghetto areas
4. no tip or low tip orders
5. nursing homes
Any areas with people of a darker skin persuasion should be avoided like the plague.
how do you know you're delivering to a nursing or high school when accepting an order?
Click on the house icon/zoom in for details @@MrFernand0007
I'd also like to know how you can see where you're delivering.
@@MrFernand0007 if you work your zone enough, you know. The zone I work most, I know that certain streets have lots of apartments, and certain sections are zoned commercial (no residential) and I know where every single school is and at what point the zone goes from safe to not so safe. You know because you become familiar.
Everything about that order (from the pay, to the type of food, to the dropoff location) screamed CONTRACT VIOLATION. Thx for the reminder of what 🤡 orders look like. Sentence her to a summer of Ethics class and throw in some PE to combat that diet.
My daughter who is 12 years old says there is a group of kids at her school that order junk food through DD and UE to resell to kids so I'm guessing, despicable as it may be, the tip baiting and/or falsely reporting that the order never arrived was a move for maximum profit if it's the same situation as what's going on at my daughter's school.
Omg 😮
Even on “hand to me orders”, I make them smile with their food in hand and I take a picture of them from head to toe. If you didn’t do that then it’s your bad my friend, don’t be ashamed to take a picture and look like an ass by doing it. The only thing that will happen is you may look like an ass to the customer, but you’ll be an ass with one less contract violation in DoorDash.😂😂😂 ❤️
If it’s sketchy, I do the same thing. The “handed directly to customer” button never gets pressed. I take a photo of me handing them the food, cause the customer can see it and they know they can’t say they didn’t receive it at that point.
Bullsht lol
@@TheBeaver50 Yep, I use an app available in the Apple or Android store called Time Stamp Camera which actually shows the GPS address, day, and time when the picture was taken! It’s quite the game changer and may prevent you from a contract violation.
Taking a picture of them could also get you a 1* rating.
Or you could take a picture of the food and text it to the customer with a short message...very likely they won't try to say they didn't receive it
I'm sorry that happened Pedro! Kids should not be ordering from schools! Have you thought about reporting it to that school? It could help you as schools here do not like kids ordering food. It could send a message.
I got a cv on an order with 2 bags of groceries and a 48 pack of bottled water. It was a leave at door, UPSTAIRS and the picture showed everything including the apartment # on the door. I called support 4 times. Each time I was told they can see the items and apt #. They said they were investigating. They NEVER removed it. I had to wait till I did 100 orders for it to come off. Wth? Crazy!!
@@Julescage1Ugh that is so unfair! They need to have someone look at the photos ASAP. Otherwise, what’s the purpose for taking them!
I agree
Every one of my contract violations stemmed from a downbad scammer. All have been reversed on dispute. They don't even phase me anymore.
YOU WILL BE FINE!!! A contract violation is no big deal!! You'll learn from it! I've had a few! They're not taking anything away from you!!
You are $$ for DD!! They're not looking to lose you as a good dasher!!
We should be able to rate the customer so when they order you can see what type of customer they are by their ratings to protect yourself
They better reverse that b.s.! They can see ur gps, u shopped and traveled to drop off. That customer acct. Should be booted off. You have >10k deliveries and a $4.75 order did get there , DD should believe you vs. Trash customer
First two fails....delivering to schools and shop for 4.75
Yeah he was asking for it
$4.75 🤡
I had that happen once on lady at day care. I called the daycare and reported her to her boss and I went bad for her from there
Hehehe good job I wish I can see the conversation they had with her and that their role model for the children at the day care is nothing but a scumbag
A teacher is more likely to say they are a teacher when they order from DoorDash. Be wary if delivering to high schools unless teachers say they are that. If you are asked to deliver to a side entrance during school hours, no way in hell it’s a staff member.
Meals on wheels!! I love it😂😂😂😂
Just doing what their parents have taught them to do.. id bet they see their parents do this often and brag how free food taste better
Probably have a darker skin persuasion I bet.
You are racist. I do UE, in Ann Arbor Michigan and wealthy white town and have encountered more food scammers then in Detroit. Stop with the bs.
@horacecomegna335
Kids are just a reflection of the parents who are raising them. Honestly, I feel bad for the kids and I’m disgusted with how they are being raised.
I had a customer report their order was not delivered! I took a photo I remember the delivery, it was certainly delivered!! I'm so pissed😔
Get a Time Stamp app on your phone and take a picture of every delivery at drop-off. If a clown wants to meet me in the parking lot, fine, I tell them , "Let me take a picture so I can prove I was here". If they balk at taking the picture you know it's a scam.
@@oldwrench579 what do you do when they refuse a picture? How do you cover yourself
@@swissmiss1212 I tell them I'll take the picture without their face in it and that it's required by DD.
@@oldwrench579 ok thank you
I had to contact DoorDash twice about our school district forbids students delivery. The second warning informed me of possible prosecution.
Report it to the principal. The school has cameras. The student could be in trouble as school districts do not allow students to receive food deliveries during the school day. I sometimes get orders for schools but most of the time it's for the staff
The kid doesn't realize they hurt you - they think it just hurts the company. When I first started dashing my sister told me my nephew once told her all his friends were saying you can get free food by ordering and then saying you didn't get it. They just thought the company ate the cost and don't realize the driver gets in trouble.
U promoted them being a entitled clown by accepting a non tip order
That’s awful! I would go into the school office and let them know what happened. And give them the name and see what comes of it maybe she’ll feel guilty announcement, and all the classes in school because of that person.
This one is on you Pedro. Gotta call you out on this one. What the hell are you doing accepting a $4.75 shop and pay? You knew damn well you were delivering to a non tipping piece of shit. But you got greedy to hit your $200 and got yourself involved in that mess and got a contract violation because of it. Learn from this, wise up and do better next time.
Teen plus school plus no tip plus a bunch of junk food = no trip papi
Drivers should have to show an ID to pick up food and recipients should have to show an ID it solves all problems it takes 10 more seconds
Like scan their ID upon delivery? That would definitely work. But there’s a privacy risk. Uber has a PIN# system. I’ve never had a customer say they didn’t get their food when the customer provides the PIN#. It keeps the customer honest and it protects drivers from false claims.
I have over a thousand deliveries and one contract violation. The order I delivered, that the woman said she did not receive, included medicine so I had to scan her drivers license. I still can't believe how ballsy that was for her to do - I scanned her DL! What annoys me even more is they didn't remove it - it fell off after 100 deliveries.
“What kind of human being orders $22 worth of junk food and says that they didn’t get it?”
An addict.
The fact the school allows (Minors)students make contact with delivery drivers is CRAZY!!!!!!
Is disgusting that our jobs our way of providing for our families is technically in the hands of people who order KitKats and potatoes chips.
In our city of Bakersfield, Ca. Students are not allowed to receive any type of deliveries. Front office will ask for the name. If they don’t recognize the name as a staff member, they’ll search their system, once they confirm it’s a student, the staff will either reject the delivery or will hold it till end of day. I’ll take a picture and send that with a message to the customer/ student if it’s going to be held or rejected. I’ll reach support and let them know that the situation regarding unexpected deliveries for any students and I’ll let support know what the staff member decided on the delivery.
Pedro this is solely on you. You know its no tip no trip period. The minute you decided to take that order you opened yourself up to all of this
Put in the dispute, and it'll get reversed. It doesn't affect anything.
Exactly even if it doesn't it's just a unfortunate part of the job.
With DD so slow to review disputes, by the time they see it, you would have made 200 deliveries already.😂😂
Not to be redundant, but in my experience it definitely does matter. And the fact that it takes so long to review is very disheartening.
Hand to customer orders should have a “confirm receipt” just as we confirm pick up at a restaurant. We should see them hit “received order” before we hand it to them for our own protection.
Report it to the principle. Schools are not allowed to even have DoorDash order to campus. I’m a teacher and kids are never allowed to order DD in all districts I know of
Tell the principle
Suburban districts are allowing Middle and High School students to order. I know of one with a steady stream of deliveries and have a huge shelf for deliveries.
Safety is gone out the window!
@@kathyandres8080 Wow.. I stand corrected. I’m fine with it, but in low socioeconomic (ghetto) areas should not be allowed. I understand that may be wrong to say but it’s just my personal biased opinion
In my district and many others in my county don’t allow it because of the problems it creates
Our High school principles stould outside the school rejecting Dashers for over a month
The triple cheese customer could have ordered a Mcdouble and give you a $2 Tip and pay the same amount,, What a POS
Was thinking that also, like dude you’re broke but ordering a triple!?
For a while I've been taking a picture and sending them the picture in the DD app's messaging
Door trash deactivated me for non delivery which is b.s always delivered food, next day i woke up and deactivated, pisses me off customers scam d.d
Wow, that's totally unfair. Thanks for the heads up on the situation. I'm definitely going to take more pictures now.
I have S&D for no tips, 3 in a row. Crazy people. I put their addresses on a "No Tipper" list. No delivering for them ever again.
In uber eats you don’t even know which customer reported didn’t get the food😂
Uber needs to quit protecting these trash customers and stop that nonsense. At least DD tells you which merchant it came from and then you can usually figure out who reported it.
It's getting ridiculous
I do Uber eats and have recently received 3 thumbs down for " professionalism" how?!
I literally drop the food off at a door
Or I hand it off and wish them a good night.
People suck!!
Dealing with clowns all day 😂😂😂☠️☠️☠️
I would report this to the principal, Students are not supposed to order food from Doordash, it's school policy.
Body-worn cameras are a worthwhile investment. And an emergency fund to retain an attorney, speedy filing of civil suits & subpoenas, etc
What exactly is DoorDash doing with? These people claim they don't get their food. Are they put on a blacklist? Are they enforcing that blacklist for customers
Schools/hospitals have been an immediate no for me since day one. Always a problem finding customers
just deliver to the front desk at schools let them know and take a picture same thing with the hospital front desk and take a picture and let them know
@@everardomunoz2699 nah, too many times doors locked, need to find student as it’s a hand to me and they are not there. Decline and wait 2 more minutes is the better option

I just put in the report... CUSTOMER MISSING ITEMS OR ORDER WOULD CONTACT DASHER FIRST... CHECK LOCATION AND REMOVE VOLATION ASAP... i get a email two days later. Its removed.
Believe it or not I just got one from elementary teacher who said she didn't get her $3.75 McDonald's order when I handed it to her
Why are you taking $3.75 orders?
@SaltCityKB not that it's any of your business but it was less than .2 miles and I hadn't had an offer in almost 20 minutes. $3.75 is more than $ 0.00 incase you weren't aware. Is this acceptable? Next time I'll be sure to ask your permission first.
Do you think that teacher would drive to McDonald's and pick up someone else's food if someone gave them 3.75 to do it? Hell no. Then why are you doing it?
@drewwhezzy I explained in the comment above or are you not capable of reading. Also what the teacher would do with other people's food for whatever dollar amount is irrelevant, it's about me deliving her food. I regularly make $27-$30 an hour dashing in my marker and that's more than plenty for where i live. I'd say I'm doing fine even if I occasionally take a low offer in rare instances. I normally dont dash during the day because its slow with low pay but that day thats what i had time for. like I said $3.75 is more than $0.00
@drewwhezzy also don't care if you approve or not. This comment was for doordash Jesus on his video, not for you on your video. You can complain about my $3.75 to deez. your profile Pic is you holding 2 beers, clearly not someone that knows what good choices are. Would that teacher give you the same money you spent for those beers? NO 🤣. You think it's dumb to accept $3.75, I think it's dumb you wastefully spend more than $3.75 on something entirely useless like beer
All customers under 18 should have to use the PIN system...maybe ALL customers at this point
this is why i always take pics when it is a hand it to me order. you will still be able to do lop with a contract violation, i have had plenty.
Never ever deliver an order directly to a student at school! Take that shit to the office and let them deal with it. Chances are it’s not allowed anyway and if it is, it will be fine.
My man Pedro was preaching preaching!! Clowns like that shouldn’t be getting a damn thing! It sucks you was just doing something nice during a good day that someone had to come along and throw a wrench in it. It’s a hiccup in the road big bro. Tomorrow’s a new day and I know for sure you ain’t delivering to clowns for a while even if you being nice.
You should blame yourself for taking a no tip order. Wah
I absolutely try to avoid delivering to schools for this very reason. Kids never tip because they don't care. Perhaps she has seen her parents do this kinda thing to get free food. Especially the high schools. Sorry this happened to you Pedro
I was thinking he or she got scared to use their parents credit card , and had to say that to get money refunded, still it's all theft and wrong from the get go
I got one today as well $3.75 for a mcflurry. Ill never take another order ever again if i suspect no tip. Ive gotten these before and its ALWAYS no tip clowns.
I once had a customer who also happened to be a dasher pull that crap on me. I was pissed and I called door dash and went into detail of the whole exchange between me and the customer including what they looked like, the conversation we had, the fact that they were also dashers. They dropped the violation. Can’t trust anyone.
Wow , shame on them really
I'm sorry Pedro, but you did it to yourself by taking an order this low. And the fact that it was at a school, you should have known it was a kid who doesn't care about drivers. I never do orders under 6 bucks. And I don't deliver to schools unless its for good money. Luckily this has never happened to me in over 8k deliveries.
There are no words for this....
I get it bro, sorry that happened to you. Just remember, 95% of people and customers are good ❤
I hate deliveries to high schools smdh
Yup, school deliveries (clinics too) are an instant decline for me.
Imagine doordash is the only way a person makes money and your lies get them deactivated. With the ability to screenshot your address lying about that shit is a bold move. I know I sure wouldn't be doing that personally 💯✌️
yeah because someone would totally be willing to go back to the address and do something over some fast food burgers, and end up getting arrested over it lmfao give me a break
but, tbf, doordashers aren't the most stable people or they wouldn't be delivering fast food cheeseburgers for a living, so i guess they ARE liable to do some wild shit..

So true! I even politely that when a no tip trash customer threatens to get me banned and lie. Happened just today
Doordash could easily stop the lies. Just have the customer sign for the order.
@@JohnCunningham-mc6wryou could always just forge it big bro the way to stop it is giving your dasher a code
I would fight this! Keep trying support even if the first try doesn't work. I have had support remove an unwarranted 1 star from my account before. This is my worst nightmare man some PoS says I didn't deliver when I did. Hopefully it works out for you Pedro.
Someone else may have already asked this, but since it happened at a school, is there any chance it might have been on camera when you delivered it? If so, that would be awesome to have it and send it to DoorDash and also the school should take some sort of action against the student for her horrible behavior!
Handed to me orders DoorDash should give the customer a pin number, and that pin number should have to be given to us drivers proving that they did get the order because they would be the only ones that have that number and that way the customer could never say they did not get the order because we ended up with the pin number.
DD knows when you go to your mother’s house! How do they allow people to get away with this is beyond me!
Thats why my rating is down to 4.1 because 2 people scammed the app
I got 1 4 star
At this point, I’m going to get a go pro and film all delivery’s so if I get a CV because the customer lied and get deactivated I can sue!
That's why always be like "I just need to take a picture real quick to confirm the order otherwise it wont let me close it, dont worry I wont put your face on it" Never had a problem with a karen customer saying NO to the picture. Regardless who it is i ALWAYS take the picture i dont give a flying fck
I once delivered a Walmart spark order of about 10 bags of groceries to a customer that was marked “ leave it at the door, don’t knock! “
I put all the food on the porch, but had to walk out to the car to get his case of water. Just as I laid the case of water on his porch with the other groceries, he opened the door and I saw his face, he was shocked that I was still there and he was definitely pissed off. So, I took a picture for the Walmart app of the food on the porch, then took another picture of him from head to toe On the Timestamp Camera app. As I was walking away, he was putting the food inside of his house from the porch. I heard the man cussing and dropping the F bombs left and right and he was literally throwing the food into his house pissed off because I took those pictures and he can’t scam Walmart now and say he did not get the order.
However, not to be completely responsible for his entire grocery check, the swindler regrouped and he complained that the bags I delivered didn’t contain the two most expensive items that he ordered, a spiral ham and a 3 pound of 80/20 ground beef package. Luckily the first picture I took for Walmart was a top-down picture and it took a picture of the bag with the ham and the ground beef in it., so I pointed this out to Walmart support and never heard anything more about it. At that point, Walmart should’ve fired that customer, but I’m sure they didn’t.
@@horacecomegna335 EXACTLY! Every picture with evidence is KEY to never having problems with these lying clowns. And my point was that by asking them to take a pic of them holding the order, is to mentally tell them that I have evidence now that you INDEED received the other, therefore you cannot try and say you never got it. Never had a single CV anymore after I started doing that
So Dont Accept It Bruh lol Im a Consumer And Dasher Simple As That You Put Yourself In Those Situations When Accepting No Tip Orders Dont Cry Over "They Dident Tip Me They Broke How U Have Money For Food Nd Not For Tip" Bruh Avoid Those Orders That Simple

I had one of those two weeks ago. I appealed it and it was removed in 2 days. So now I take a picture and message them after the delivery. For sure gotta CYA!
Its so sad these are the kind of kids we are raising no moral compass any more in the home .
I do not deliver to schools I had a kid give me three stars because I delivered donuts to the office and he wanted me to deliver it to the side door. What if the school thought I was doing something else there. So I took it to the front office and gave it to the secretary and gave her the name who it was for. So mothers give your kids breakfast in the morning so they won't waist are time.
Man that's some BS. If I had to say my biggest issue with doordash would be the fact that they don't take up for their drivers. So after 10,000 deliveries you decided to steal some Snickers and maybe a couple of gummy bears? When something like this comes through it should go through a human's hand and not the AI. That way common sense factors in. Same thing with onboarding. They need somebody to cross reference drivers and not just let it be an artificial intelligence entity that decides whether or not you can or cannot drive.
I know you are rightfully mad Pedro, but don't curse the girl. She is a product of her environment! Pray for her that she can find the right path!
And I would also inform the school of what happened.
Thanks for the reminder to take pics of every order. I needed to hear this.
Thanks for the video! Adds to the my unassign list. Hope you got this trash out of your system!
If I were you Pedro I would for sure go visit that school the next day and report it to the Principal or vice principal or whoever is in charge in the office. This is not right. That kid should definitely be punished and the school should call Door Dash and say that the kid lied and your violation should be removed. Wow this is crazy. So sorry that this happened to you brotha.
This is why when it says hand to me I immediately start rolling video as soon as I arrive at drop off.
don’t complain for accepting a no tip no trip order. you accepted to keep your ratings up. take it and move on.
I have a little body cam I put on for every Hand it to me order. Looks like a name tag😁
Somebody did the same thing to me a few days ago. I even sent doordash a picture of the order at their door and they still didn't remove the contract violation.
PRO-TIP - if you get a order to a HS. Contact the customer and ask them if they are a student. If they are a student, contact support and tell them you are not allowed on campus to deliver to students per the schools security policy.
Enjoy your lunch
Shit like this is why I wear a Police Body Camera and make sure they see it on a hand it to me order. I've found there a lot less likely to have someone lie when they know that you have Video evidence of it.
I refuse to deliver to schools. They are the worst. I'm sorry that happened to you Pedro.
This is why when I'm asked if I am willing to deliver to accounts of minors, I decline the option to receive those orders. I have zero respect for today's youth, NONE.
