One foot in the world and one foot in the path of God's people which is 100%opposite of the ways of the world. This guy is being deceived by his own lusts to be in the world but can't see because of spiritual blindness. I literally saw a vid with him opposing a street preacher preaching the gospel just like Jesus did when he told men things that made them leave Him! Watch out who you follow

God bless you! After He revealed Himself to me, I knew without a doubt, God was as real as the flesh we bare. Even the enemy knows this... If we could get everyone to comprehend this fact, no man would fear another, as every man would reverently fear God, and fear Him only. He loves us and doesn't want to punish us but "He chastises those He loves..." As my earthly father said, "This is going to hurt me, more than it hurts you."
As humans, we aren't perfect. That's not what this is about... Sin by definition in Hebrew means to "miss the mark" or the bullseye of a dartboard. We will fall short and God is ready to forgives us. He is patient. It is those that are in direct opposition to God that He is most frustrated with, these people know who they are. So long as we are living, God can use us to expand His kingdom. Those that are counter productive to that becoming a reality, are those that should be the most concerned with the Final Destination of their soul.

I recently went through a deconstruction myself, I was mad at God and wanted nothing to do with Jesus. But as much as I wanted to run away, He kept calling me back to Himself. Your vulnerability and authenticity has been so encouraging. Jesus has never abandoned me and His grace is sufficient, I never truly knew what that meant(only in theory) until now. I thought Jesus only loved me when I was walking "perfectly" and not sinning, which led to pride and self righteousness and eventually me burning out. He has humbled me, restored me, and has made me proud of who he has created me to be. So I just wanted to say thankyou Lecrae for allowing Jesus to use you.

It’s about not enjoying the things of this world. When you hear people throw insults, or you accidentally curse or judge others.
Is that something you enjoy? NO? Then pray for forgiveness and have faith. You’ll be forgiven.
      For Jesus knows your heart.
If you did enjoy it still, and you knew the word, that’s lukewarm.
I’m not lukewarm, but only because I know what’s wrong and I don’t enjoy it anymore, whether I accidentally out of habit do it or it happens to me. I’m confident in Jesus and his love for me, and I love him so much, that I’m willing to obey him. That’s faith.

It's not up to us to define the Bible explains what lukewarm is. It's a false conversion. It's someone who is not a follower of Christ your not a Christian if your lukewarm that's why he will vomit you from his mouth. If your born again you live like Jesus you love God and love everyone.
       Ezekiel 3:18
[18] When I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life, that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand.

[11] And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. [12] The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. [13] Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. [14] But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
2nd Timothy 4:3 people with itching ears

Galatians 2:16. Law is a mirror
‭‭[16] knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Colossians 2:8-10. Jesus God in flesh
‭‭[8] Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. [9] For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; [10] and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.
      ‭‭Colossians 1:15-18 NKJV‬‬
[15] He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. [16] For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. [17] And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. [18] And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
This country was based on Gods laws. God wrote them on our hearts people who have never heard of the bible know its wrong to lie cheat steal committ adultery.
The Ten commandments are the moral law you and I broke the law. Anyone who breaks the law is required death and death by definition is eternal separation from God in Hell. But God made a way so you don't have to go to Hell He became flesh"Jesus" 100% God 100 % Man created a body in a virgin was born lived a life upholding all of his laws living a perfect life than he was beat tortured disfigured and hung on a cross taking the pain and mutilation we deserve for breaking his laws. So that if today you belive that he lived died rose again and took your punishment. He paid your fine.
There has to be punishment for breaking God's laws he isn't going to sweep it under the rug and just forget about it he physically took your punishment took your place so you could take his place like if you lived a perfect life without breaking His Laws. True repentance isn't just being sorry for breaking his laws its turning from and living your best to not lie cheat steal committ adultery or kill/murderer Jesus said if you look at someone to lust after them your guilty of committing adultery in your heart. And if you hate someone your guilty of murder. That's why the Bible says we need to die to our flesh when we want to lust or lie or to hate someone for no real reason. Even if you have a good reason your supposed to love your enemies. And you never can if you don't love God first because of what he did to save you from HELL.

Come judgement day, each and every single person will stand alone, and answer for their life ALONE. No excuses, no blaming anyone, no ifs, ands or buts.
You, in front of your Maker, Elohim. Laid bare and raw. Nobody can or will have a say. Why in the world do we concern ourselves with other ppl's judgement on earth when everyone has their own opinion? God is the only one who will truly know whether anyone has been lukewarm, hot or cold. No man can know another, only God knows His children.
Let's rather concentrate on our personal relationships with Jesus Christ, while we continuously ask for grace to stay in His Word, so we can live like He did, especially in these crazy times.

Phenomenal! You didn't have to explain yourself, but you did and did it well. I can relate to many of the stages you went through having to do with finding yourself. You and I also both share the same passion to reach people for Christ where they are, and to not just exude the theoretics at the expense of relationships.

As a white female who works a run of the mill job I cannot relate to everything you said but am so grateful to hear your experience and the impact people have had on your in your life so that I can continue to better understand what those of you in Black/African American communities are going through. There is also so much of your faith journey that I can deeply empathize with and relate to. I was looking to be loved and went looking in the church. I went to a seminary college. I can relate when you say you were trying to find yourself but it wasn't authentic. There was so many times I found myself shouting "yes!" During this. I also cannot imagine going through those parts of my life publicly in front of millions of people. Your strength in Christ shows. I'm very thankful for your faith and you sharing your story. He also has this book why revival tarries that truly convicted me. Christianity today as a whole has been to comfortable and focused on getting people to come to their church instead of preaching the whole, uncompromising gospel. Being lukewarm means to me is God not being the reason you live not just the reason you are alive.

Ive been called lukewarm and told, "God will spew you out of His mouth!". This was from a church secretary because i sang a song i wrote in church at a funeral for my brother's best friend that died in a motorcycle accident.
I said "Damn" and "hell" in church.
Should I have used that language?
    Looking back, nah.
Should that church secretary have said that to me at the funeral?
    Nah.
There's a time and a place and that wasn't it.
That could have been a great opportunity for the gospel to be presented (which it was during the funeral), but that was a great opportunity to put a bad taste of "Christian" in the mouths of all the unbelievers that were at the funeral.
We gotta "be" the church. We gotta practice what we preach.
    Thanks for being real Lecrae.
    Keep up the great work

We should never stop learning and the scripture it is literal. God breathed and we fall short when we don't see it as that. When we allow others to add or take away from the word. We are then Lukewarm. I am not trying to be judgemental as I too am a sinner. Internal reflection is great as long as we are testing ourselves against the word and not the world. You're NOT lukewarm! I love you Lecrae! May Yaweh continue to grant you peace, in Yeshua's name! Keep going! The world may not show you grace...but I will. There are so many people that attack and condemn you on the internet. They rather embarrass you in public, instead of praying for you in private. They swear that God is pleased with that...but He's not. They never rebuke you IN LOVE, like the Bible says that we should do. Its sad. Us as Believers gotta do better. Lecrae, you are imperfect like we ALL are. You are my bro in Christ...and I refuse to show you hate! We ALL mess up...that's why we NEED Jesus! Well. The bible says to be holy. We aren’t perfect but we are to die to our flesh daily as Christ Died ultimately. Being NOT of this world. We also are to be an example for Christ. Leading people to Him. If not then we do not need to be around bad influence. Bad company corrupts good character.
People will show and blatantly say (even in the way they live) who they worship. In the music industry its FAR MORE CLEAR these days who they worship. Regardless of if its for a check or not. Most of Hollywood aint with YAH! Its clear. Jesus is coming back and He is looking for those who are ALL IN FOR HIM. ‘Choose ye this day whom YOU will serve’!!
We will have blood on our hands for those who we let do anything around us and we chose to stay around without telling them about Christ. If they choose to reject harshly…we are not to be around them because clearly we should love God more than to allow Him to be disrespected. If someone talks about your mom disrespectfully…you not finna still shake hands with them right? (Im speaking out of normal human defense). How much greater and loving is God? That we shouldnt stand for Him.💁🏽‍♀️
Its time we make it clear who side we on. Shouldnt be a question if we really living for God!

Crae I grew up in the hip hop culture and it is a big part of who I am. Your authentic transformation of being you embracing the culture and also trying your best to share your faith and be an example has really helped me man. Your story and continual journey is a continuous inspiration to me as a believer because you help reach people like me who was a kid like you that grew up in the trenches, grows up and gets saved but that doesn't mean we overlook evil whether in our community or how we are treated in our country, I think having a balance is so important. I'm all about meeting people where they are at and building a relationship because man what I have been through and what God has saved me from personally is a testimony that oozes of the Gospel bruh. But I get where you come from because I went to a Christian university and I can say that black men like us are truly an anomaly in the American culture of Christianity. People are quick to crucify what they feel threatened by or just don't understand. But just because we are different doesn't mean we are not saved. Why sworded do you mean worded as in a godly lifestyle or I don't know what you saying with this because lukewarm isn't that?

So real. So good. Love watching you wrestle and discussing it openly, this is so important.

Lecrae, watching you on your journey has been a real encouragement to me on my own. It's clear God has gifted you with a spirit of grace and wisdom. Our culture and society need that so very much. We all fall from high places constantly. I've never met you but I do feel uplifted by you and the way you walk out your faith. Thank you for this new podcast and being vulnerable with us. Love to the 116 crew forever!
