All of the cars work, as does the track, lap counter, & transformer/power pack. It uses 4 D-cell batteries which are NOT included. One of the cars is missing 2 tires, but can borrow them from any other car. The guard rails & bridge sidings work great, as well as the plunger speed controls. Please use the zoom feature to see any imperfections.
