@@InsightofSamantha I'm currently a junior at Sam Houston State University. I'll be a senior fall of 2021 and I plan on doing internships and I work at the Byrd unit. My degree is a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice with a minor in forensic science I'm definitely going to get my masters cuz I don't want to graduate and then have to work as a correctional officer. I'm already a correctional officer and it's just not fun to me it's not something I see myself doing for 20 years until I retire and I want a job that affords me should be able to travel

R A so I got my bachelors degree in criminal justice and I already graduated. A masters is a degree higher than a bachelors degree. So it goes: bachelors, masters, Ph.D

Well a masters degree isn’t like a bachelors degree, they are structured way differently. Masters degrees don’t have general classes, it’s strictly classes made for homeland security! So the degree takes 2 years instead of 4
Always excited to see you. My daughter graduated hs at 17 and went right into the Air Force which maybe I told you. I wish for my well being she would of taken a year off cause she had a job already, but she wanted to get her life rolling, so I signed her away to the Military. She did basic training at Lackland AFB and Tech Training at Fort Sam Houston, which was were she broke my heart telling me she has been dating this guy for 2 years under my nose and never knew, and further jabbed me by saying she was going to marry this guy, which I ran him outta my house with a shotgun. So they are married, she's 12 weeks pregnant and he's in the Army and both in Colorado Springs, different bases but lives on her base. You being young and starting out, did you distance yourself from your parents?, My daughter makes me feel abandoned, my only child and she's my baby and still can't wrap my brain around her not wanting me to be part of her journey. And yes I've accepted her husband as my Son, but he's distant from me as well as his mother I've never met and lives down the street from me, weird 5 years they've been together dating and now married and still have no idea about his family. Sorry for the rant, just wanted your take. Sincerely Rejected Daddy.

I'm considering Liberty; however, looking over the courses, I see it's a lot of papers, and some even want you to use the Bible for some references? I've never been to a college with so many papers in weeks and use the Bible in the papers. Anyone who has taken online classes, any tips or advance?

No you don’t need your masters for law school! I wanted to get my masters in case I decide I don’t want to go to law school, I have something else to back me up. I don’t want to go to law school until I’m married so I decided to get my masters in the meantime. It’s just my own plan 😊
Law school is very difficult and it’s almost impossible to go to law school and work, and I want to be married so I don’t have to stress about everything and bills on my own.
