He is NOT pitching more than 5 inns at Coors. I think there is a chance you can win both. He gives up 3 runs early and they pull him or some runs are unearned, etc.. You basically have a 3-5 inning starter vs a 5 inning line and the former 3.5, while the latter is 2.5. No brainer bet: Dallas K under 3.5 earned runs -50 1.5 units Col TT over 2.5 1.5 units -25. The extra juice you need to pay is worth the squeze (winning both)
