I’d stay away from land developments, they never look finished. A lot of people buy with no intention to build so look patchy patchy, unmaintained gardens, hardly any houses being built so you end up deyah pan your own. Be careful when people say it’s a good investment it’s just sales talk, it’s only worth it if someone is willing to buy at the price and this has lots of listings. Bless up

There's nothing there to criticize, they're working on the houses . The houses in the US take a month to build, because they use board, staple gun and sheet rack .

As someone from St. Elizabeth I never knew there was a gated community in Lacovia. It's nice though and their streets are well paved. And I would live there but since I'm from the coast and I prefer a beach view I will stick to that.

Fire Reid thanks for the video. I was just wondering, do these Gated communities come with any type of Construction regulations? Some places will mandate that once you start building the construction should be completed within 2 years. Some of the structures seem like they have been started maybe 3 to 4 years ago. They look abandoned.
