MixedScales How? By going into deep space? That is a dumb move. MAC cannons also have pretty far range, radar can also see pretty far, they would have to go into semi-deep space to avoid the MAC cannons and the UNSC fleet. Also slipspace engines cannot work forever they have to charge(I know charge isn't the right word but I cannot remember it off the top of my head as I am about to sleep).
It is rather... awkward to control. They did the best they could, but all strategies eventually devolved to rushing the other guy with your choice of a single unit.

I love how this games soundtrack has small snippets of the sort of music that makes halo so good but also has a more epic, bombastic orchestra parts thrown in to add to the Giant battles, halo is one of those rare franchise that if you played any of the soundtracks for any game I’d know exactly what game, level and at what point it plays in the level and that’s something most games are missing out on now.

For a non-Halo developer, they actually nailed the game pretty well with lore and visuals. 6-months for this is pretty cool. Soundtrack, story, artstyle was the Bungie artstyle, pretty neat. 343's stuff is alright, but doesn't really feel like Halo. I think it transitioned artstyles too suddenly (update) Until Infinite!

And this was created by by ensemble studios who had to some what create their own halo, these guys knew what halo was about and blew it out of the park with Halo wars.

I also liked that we FINALLY get Halo back the game development and multiplayer was great, it was just that this story and that cheese ending didn't fit in Halo's storyline and seemed kinda off to me.

Lewis Carlin Likely, after the end of the Human Covenant war some Brutes became slave labour for the Elites, while a good deal of Elites began hunting them. The brutes themselves are fighting amongst each other. So they aren't doing well post war. Which means this is most likely still set during the Human/Covenant war.

This game nailed the halo universe PERFECTLY! The soundtrack, the story, it was a near perfect game.

Ecchigami I hated Halo's dirty generic Sci Fy story & COD multiplayer, Halo 5 was just - boring.
