Yep, same here, just got some n1's and they don't connect and customer service is almost non existent
Just got the k9s with smart watch and have a few questions regarding.
1. When i set green to white the alarm changes to white but still registers as green on app?
2. The sensitivity dial on green registers as 1 when on 0 and 2 when on 1 and so on. Isnthis a manufacturing defect?
3. Why would the app not be designed so it can run in the background so say for instance, i have my headphones on listening to spotify or watching netflix in the evening it will alert me through the headphones. This is a massive oversight in my opinion.
4. The multi directional button on the receiver is not very good and very often a right push will register as up or down.
5. Why is the screen on the smart watch garbage? The fonts used etc look like a £10 watch from wish.
The appliqué doesn't work, so there's no sound for the indicators?
I want to be able to turn the sound off my alarm and the alarm sound from my phone, can this alarm do this?

Yes. But make sure your bite alarms can work fine with the dongles.

@@ndtackle Sadly the new App won't connect to my S9s.
I have a K9 bite alarm sett Ive had it for 3 years, but I've never been able to use the previous app, it never worked, it always asks for a code that I never entered. Is there no such problem with this anymore? Because how to connect it was never shown in any video
No problem anymore. Enable location services and make sure app connect is switched on at the receiver and Bluetooth on your phone.

App absolutly not work!!! Different phones, bivvy light, signalizator, no connection 🤦 i am IT, trying all with bluetooth setings but app is death!! Permissions, location all ok but still this same 😡
think it need a update already you made a new app because the last one wasn't updated in 5 years

@@ndtackle Ok, thanks. Any news you can reveal. Just bought the watch before it sold out. Looking at alarms, lights etc. Should I hold out for the new ones? Thanks.
@@Life_of_John Depends also a bit on personal taste. BEA is a retro shaped bite alarm with ND tech. We introduce a new speaker which sounds really nice. Halo night light is dimmable. Apart from that, the connectivity options are the same than for the other alarms.
@@Life_of_John Oh sorry forgot to mention the BEA receiver will introduce also a new feature to our receivers. Has four programmable smart buttons. Same like the watch. So you can use the receiver as remote for all ND lights. Beside all the options which offers the programming of actions.
