I'm interested in buying ICON ICR80 total station, and need to run "Layout Objects" application to import IFC files, and layout construction objects (footings, columns, etc.).
May question please, will (ICON ICR80 total station) be enough or I have to buy also the tablet e.g. CC80 in order to run the Layout Objects application?

You almost certainly will need to have a tablet with the iCON software to use all of the features you would want to layout with a Leica Total Station.
