You're getting better and better brother. God, I love The Rock's words on it: "I wish I had someone who.. Would just pull me aside and say - Hey, it's gonna be okay. 'Gonna be okay." Beautiful work Ash, this was a unique and inspirational experience.❤️❤️
Sorry it took so long to watch. As someone with PTSD, anxiety and depression, I appreciate you making this video. Smooth editing nice touch of cuts of footage/audio. Well done my friend
I keep listening to this, and I absolutely love it, it made me cry, it made me smile. I'm dealing with depression for a year and your video is so precious for me. Thank you. I hope you're ok and you'll make more of these ❤️
It's very rare to see edits like this, but it's a really important video that you made. So many parts from this really resonated with me, I hope to see more like this from you in the future. Beautiful work!
Another brilliant edit dude. Preaching important messages through the talent and media u have. I love watching your content as it always serves a purpose and teaches lessons every now and then. Amazing work 👍🏻❤
This was very inspiring man.. Coming from a person who has and is dealing with depression i find this beautiful how you showed such emotion and truth in this video. Thank you for making this and bringing this subject to people their attention cause it needs to be noticed!
Ash, this is incredible. I absolutely love voiceovers you chose... while they covered so many different aspects of depression, they just flowed together so well. I definitely feel like this something so many can relate to. Thank you for making it.
Incredibly moving. I hope this both brings more awareness to the subject and also helps those who have mental health issues, even if it’s just a small group finds this.
God this was good true and amazing showing actors and people like Robin Williams and Connor who were considered stars and had nothing wrong with them in there roles either as a fighter or an actor but then also as a person in there own lives to see that.... There not perfect and that they do suffer Just like me Just like you Just like everyone......... To think that 20 years in the past most people didn’t know what depression was exactly You were believed crazy or taken to a “Mental institution” Because people didn’t know what was wrong with you.......... When in reality nothing is wrong Your just going through a rough time And that’s ok it’s ok to be sad or mad Your only human But you also need to know that you can’t stay there forever and that there is hope And most importantly You Are Not Alone.........
Aaaash! You did it again 😭. This covered so many different aspects of depression in a way that made it relatable to do many while also showing that we are not alone in this fight. Great job! ❤️❤️❤️
Great vid, thanks for sharing your experience. I'm new to youtube and making vids about mental health and similar stuff, and it's awesome to see what other people are sharing. Thanks again.

If only one person is affected positively by this then it’s a success in my book, mental health is important and can affect all
