An Echeveria is flowering from the centre. This is very unsual as Echeverias don't do this unless they are under intense stress.
Any succulent flowering from its crown will die. These types flowers are very dramatic and colourful BUT Echeverias shouldn't be doing this. Here is an Afterglow flowering from the centre.

Thank you for this Video!! Thats exactly what happened to my afterglow and I was absolutely desperate about what to do. The problem is that I only had it for two months and it didn't grow babies yet. So is there still chance to grow some before it dies? I cut the flowers off in the middle for the plant to have more energy producing babies, now it's trying to flower again from the middle!

I’m glad I could help! Chances are that it won’t produce babies but your logic is right. Also try removing the bottom leaves too for it to potentially make babies. What you’ve done sounds very beautiful though
