I too loved Jack’s meditation but there was an overall sense of overwhelming noise with the music intruding on the eternal presence. Would really enjoy to listen & remain unmoving without disturbance. Resting in natural great peace…🙏🏼
I think that at some point the measure of inner peace is directly proportional to the capacity to remember our timeless home, especially when emotional storms arises, and listening to this meditation strenght my sense of "everything is ok, all we need is to connect with the eternity of the present moment that is always available, and just be with the reality as it is" 😌 👏🏼Definitely this meditation is a wonderful integration of meditative practice🧘♀️ and music🎶, a guidance that accompanies with trust and openness on the journey through the waves of the innerspace. Yes, a bit overwhelmed by the music. Better sound balance would be good. Meditation music should be in the background when words are spoken.

I've been a fan of The Album Leaf forever. (And Jack, too!) But, the music is too loud - it competes with Jack's voice and so wasn't relaxing.
