Very enjoyable, capped off with the bonus of a sandstone church plus the interior. Unbelievably with a church extension which is certainly bucking the trend and maybe cause for optimism. Thanks for posting. I’m sure there were several factors, availability for example, which influenced the choice of sandstone as a favoured building material in the county going back centuries. As far as I know it is still readily available but for some reason it seems to be used much less often.
