This is what Beyonce has done her entire career. She’s always been one to PROVE herself.
I still come back and watch this occasionally, I remember everyone shitting on her when the raw audio leaked of her actual voice when she lip synced, like a week earlier she did this.
It's beyonce, she didn't NEED to prove herself to anyone. But she can effortlessly drop this, the second best rendition of all time, and shut everyone up quick.
This is incredibly scary and brave to do. I give her mad props for singing a cappella with absolutely no music.

She's a perfectionist, and when it comes to her craft she has her hand in it the makings of everything! I noticed that too unlike her other anthem performances she really wanted to shutdown the haters here, she was lit maybe a bit annoyed (notice I didn’t say angry cus she ain’t on that energy)

She pronounced most of the words clearly and made sure she didn't over do it cos that will be noticed right away with no sound effects to back her. Appreciate something nice okay. ☺️

She sounds just like the pre recorded track so i see why she did It. The pre recorded track just gives you the best sound without straining and fear of any slips.

Every other artist lip their track exactly with auto tune and pitch editing. But they prepare weeks for this. And spend weeks editing their track. Beyonce was sick and went into the studio and recorded the anthem. And stil wasn't enough, she still sung with the track. And the track was a live recording. So no autotune was not used.
