Good review and DOPE skating. Im 31 and getting back into it. Once I get a little more use outta my SL's these will be my next skate. UNLESS... the SHIMA 3's come out.
Bro you seem to have a thing for razor skates, me to razors are my favourite skates but I still have 25 pairs of different skates just to make sure lol, cool content my bro keep it up, from here in Australia watch more soon...
Thanks bro. Believe it or not I have about 100 sets of skates. Most are at my parents house for safe keeping . One day they will hopefully be in a museum 😀 yes, I’ve been skating to long , and razors are very good overall skate. Currently Im actually skating Roces, turns out they ate similar to the SL .
Probably not as long as the originals. They don't make skates as strong these days. Strongest skate was probably the original Genesys. Maybe take a look at the new Genesys LE just released.
The quality is not as good as the original almost 20 years ago. But I think they are still pretty tough, no better or worse than other current Razors Skates.
Yeah bro, its a 20 + year old design and so some things never change ;) Honestly even on the newest SL models I have the buckles loosen after a few tricks. I just recheck them every 10 or 15 min. Its annoying but worth it in my opinion.
@@karlisbowman5607 figured but you ever try the memory buckles? Not sure for me because I have 3 setting cause. I'm still new... Tighest is when I put them on 2nd a lil loose when trying stalls Loosest is when I'm Going for grinds
@@Tony2Guns I haven't tried any of the new buckles to be honest. I skate really tight laces and super loose cuff. Anything other than plastic in my opinion might weigh more. I'm one of those dudes that doesn't like changes , know what I mean ;).
Would you rum KHALTIK over ground control frames. Or go with the 5050? When i got my second pair of shima2 in 6th grade i swapped from the blanks on the shimas to 5050s and they cracked in the front. Not sure if itd becuase my shimas or all shimas are forward facing
Nice review man just got a pair set up can’t wait to skate em’.
Your gonna like them. They slide so fast 😀

Hey, How's quality and durability of those Shima skates? They look sick but i'm worried about how long they gonna last.

got just the boot but liking it... ever find the buckle slides out of place when fighting it to skate?

@@Tony2Guns exactly bro , you took the words straight out of my mouth.
What size shoe do you wear? Random question I know but I wear a size 9 1/2 - 10 shoe so I wondering about what size skate to get. Also for the Shift.
I had to go up a size. Normally im a 9 shell. But cults are narrow in the front .
Can you put a 165 mount on these
Where is the park with the blue pump track?
Near newport news virginia
@@karlisbowman5607 thank you
What are your thoughts about a 80mm frame on the shima reissue
Honestly , for my style of skating they aren’t helpful unfortunately.
Awesome!

I'm a huge fan of Kizer. But in your case I would chose Kaltik over 50-50. Kaltik slides fast and is a very strong frame.
Boot only reign liners?
So Reign and Razors are basically the same now.
Ir if 5050 frames need work. And now they are back
Why are you skating new skates with old bearings? Haha.
I don't like wasting stuff lol
