Yeah I don’t know what Bungie is thinking with this, the special ammo transmat was working fine
Imo the problem was forerunner
They literally had a super good system and threw it away. All that testing just to switch it up. Hope it goes back after whatever this is lol
That hunter strand super is the worst. I shouldn’t feel like I’m at a disadvantage when I pop my super lol
The super should give clones on dodge and dive on command - even if you aren’t spec’d for them.
The Tarzan shoulder charge should still be available during super as well from beiges melee.
Nah it’s so good. Easiest 3 pieces ever if you know how to use it without going down wide lanes plus I’m pretty sure they buffed the whirlwind light attack to one hit certain resilience and it’s great from getting people around cover tricky spots but u just gotta grapple from cover to cover n close the gap and then ur mele can reach a good like 20 feet away for an easy one hit. It only bites against other roaming supers cause they all one hit you and you have to two tap mele them

The thing hits behind walls i try to break their ankles around corners and I get hit completely behind walls.
It was a rough weekend lol didn't get the flawless was close a couple times but going against stacked forunners was cancer this weekend

It was difficult at first then used forerunner with summoner and it was kinda easy after that i feel like forerunner was the trick to this weekend super stupid though

Ran into a full team using iznagi and just hitting bodies. Actually unstoppable
Took me ages to even get to 4 wins. Got melted so fast by forerunner over and over. Also it feels matchmaking is far from balanced.

Worst trials weekend ever
Played like 8 matches and said screw it. I thought they wanted primary play to feel more rewarding? Lol I know it was a test weekend but this was worse than before the transmat system. I dunno how/why you guys keep doing carries but god bless you, Gold and compadres.
I actually didnt think it was that bad as a solo player. Wayy less teamshooting, and the amount of times i was able to clutch up rose massively compared to the usual new system. I agree it was too much special tho, and forerunner was so op. I just dont understand bungies reasoning when they said they wanted it to feel rewarding having mastered a primary weapon type in duells. But now noone is actually taking 1 vs 1s, because teamshooting is just the way to go sadly. In solo q if your teammates run in, dont play cover and then die you can never clutch a round with primary only in a 1 vs 3.
It sucked if you didn't meme and tried to have fun. Being able to actually use double special is fcking hilarious.
Forerunner and a shotgun or a fusion was way too good. But a little too broken. It kinda showed what would happen if the forerunner became a non special primary.
