Conor, I've been watching your videos for a while, I was wandering if you have any tips for goalkicks, P.S nice video am liking the vlogs
Road to 10k with no videos hi, thank you for watching them, glad you're enjoying them! Any suggestions, always let us know. For goal kicks, as I was growing up, I tried to open my foot up when striking the ball, to get the height on the kick, using the inside of your big toe. But as you get older, and your legs get stronger, it's better to strike through the ball with your laces, leaning slightly back, in order to kick further. Depends which stage you're at!
