I learned the trick. First you have to unplug the USB dongle then hold the "fn" and "rf" keys together until orange light starts to bling frequently then plug the USB dongle and it will work.

Nothing works. One minute it was working I accidentally pressed keys dunno what I pressed n that was it. It's not connecting any more. I put the receiver in the keyboard & I don't think it can get any closer than that n its still blinking orange. I tried all ur recommendations. Nothing works. 😢

No matter what I do that orange light is still blinking after 1mth of trying. I unplugged the TV, the battery is full, the dongle is right next to the keyboard, still blinking orange I dunno what else to do. I'm going to throw it out.😢

Blue loght never flashes for me when i hold the fn and f1....the only light is the orange light flashing while the blue light stays lit.

Hey how's it going? Thank you very much for visiting the channel. If the reset did not work: follow these 3 steps to see if it resolves. 1 step: change the usb port adapter.
Step 2: Take out the battery for 10 seconds.
3 step: unplug the tvbox from the socket for 10 seconds.
Bonus step: subscribe to the channel. Lol

Unbranded lookalike flashing yellow light solved*
Worked right out of the box. Then the yellow light wouldn't stop flashing.
*Solution: Turn off. Unplug dongle. Turn on. Plug in dongle. Fn+F1. Boom
