Haha this is awesome. I would have never thought of using Kangaroo as a method to crate a 3D-Ui for the Player. It feels wrong but the results seem to work nicely so why not use it. It might come in Handy at some point, thanks for sharing.
The hell.. did they roll it back? I'm running the newest version Rhino on my laptop and just installed the newest version of Rhino on my PC. My laptop has the "Get Boolean" option, while my PC doesn't.. I guess they are working on it. Either way - for now, since 0=false and any_other_number=true, you can use Get Integer instead and feed that into the filter mask input. Even got a tool prompt for ya: "If you don't wanna bake this - type 0, if you like what you see - type in your favorite number (no it can't be zero you smartass)"
@@DesignGoBrr Steve Baer told me it would be on 7.11, I am using a number slider 0..1 until it comes back. I am also working on a cool hopped up script from yours currently with a C# 3D point grid...
@@DesignGoBrr i was doing in iron python *import keyboard * by manually pasting keyboard pkg at location but when i open that code, computer going to freeze, i was following stackoverflow with little changes as per need.
@@DesignGoBrr for sure, you got me hooked on grasshopper player. I've made an alias to one utility script and it works like a charm. when time allows I'll definitely convert the rest of my gh scripts and maybe develop them a bit closer to the level of interaction you've demonstrated

Exactly! There are a few memory leak bugs for Mcneel to fix with Grasshopper player, but it's shaping out to be quite a tool.
