David Akins Well it was copied from an almost 30 year old Betamax tape that was originally set to 4 hour speed, and encoded many years ago when UA-cam compression ratios weren't as good as they are today. But still worth it to see the old shows represented here!
+David Akins why were the other copies of this vid pulled from here? there were a couple of other copies of this on u-tube, but now they're gone. great job BTW, with the technology available then this was a great vid in the day.
Great song from a North Carolina rock n roll band...
Loved it. That's how it was back in the 80's kids. People played real instruments...
Love this album. Every song is great. Wish these guys made more music. I still play this all the time - my kids love it too.
That's awesome.
Mitch is still making music.
Always liked this song, but I l-o-v-e the outro. Also like how they hint at the outro during part of the solo section.
dude seriously
Man I loved Let's Active--still do..I'm here in Kalamazoo btw
Our show never quite reached KZoo. Got as far west as Jackson when we were on CH. 31 though.
this is the day for this.
Winston-Salem, NC ROCKS!
Reminds me of The Who, in a very good way.
THANKS
Holy crap this copy is awful. I produced/animated this in 1988.

Masters were lost in a fire in 2005, so I was glad to see it!

David Akins might be your vision David
45 seconds of introduction.
Notice the guitar playing to Mitch's left - our right. Look familiar? That would be Mr. Peter Buck - of R.E.M.
Playing bass AND singing ? Not so sure about that.
That's not Peter Buck, it's Jon Heames.
He does resemble him.
