I want to understand the calculation: First asalu drawing room ledu entrance lone dining area and hall lopalaki undi Land area - 290 Sqyds - 290*100000 - 2.9cr - 1L per sqyd as this is in posh gated community Construction (I have added premium quality) - 4150*3500- 1.30cr Its coming to 4.2cr why 2cr extra is charged , just trying to understand if my calculations are wrong whats with these prices , please help to make me understand
