    Sir, you're doing great job and posting prices as per sellers quote.
    I want to understand the calculation:
    First asalu drawing room ledu entrance lone dining area and hall lopalaki undi
    Land area - 290 Sqyds - 290*100000 - 2.9cr - 1L per sqyd as this is in posh gated community
    Construction (I have added premium quality) - 4150*3500- 1.30cr
    Its coming to 4.2cr why 2cr extra is charged , just trying to understand if my calculations are wrong whats with these prices , please help to make me understand

      @@Hydproperties60 agree andi end of the buyers unte aa rate ki sale chestaru lekapote cheyaru unless money need urgent ga unte thappa.. value for money anedi mana hyd real estate lo poindi sir.. 6cr is big amount, afford chese vaalu unnaru andi but 6 cr ki mee opinion cheppandi ? is it worth to buy this small villa for such huge price ?

    Just imagine, if you do 6cr FD you get 6L each month. You can easily live in a similar house with 1L rent. Rest 5L you can invest in less risk MF. Hyd RE is overhyped and overpriced off late. Its not lucrative anymore
