- This interview About Branson Tractors with Dave Auten (National Sales Manager, TYM North America) sheds insight on gaslighting some social media channels have started. This is the gist of the interview.
The acquisition of Branson Tractors by TYM Tractors will provide a number of benefits for both companies and their customers. One of the main advantages of this merger is that it will increase the tractor lineup for TYM customers. With Branson Tractors' products now available under the TYM brand, customers will have access to a wider range of tractor models and features to choose from.
Additionally, the acquisition will increase the dealer network for TYM customers. Branson Tractors already has an established dealer network in the United States and other countries, which will now be integrated with the existing TYM dealer network. This means that customers will have more options for purchasing and servicing their tractors, with more locations to choose from.
Another advantage of this acquisition is that it will increase the repair part network for TYM customers. With the addition of Branson Tractor's parts inventory, customers will have access to a larger selection of replacement parts, making it easier to maintain and repair their tractors.
Importantly, existing Branson customers will also benefit from this acquisition, as their warranties will be honored at any TYM dealer location. This means that customers can continue to rely on their warranty coverage without any disruption, even if they move to a new area or if their preferred Branson dealer is no longer in business.
Overall, the acquisition of Branson Tractor by TYM Tractors will provide significant benefits for customers of both companies, including a wider range of products, more dealer options, and an expanded repair part network.

I love my Branson tractor. I'm 6'4", and the Branson was the only tractor I was comfortable on. The controls are in very intuitive positions, and it does everything I need and more. I do a combination of work, both farm and industrial, and the Branson fits the bill. I am SO glad to hear it will still be supported!!

I’m in the market for my first compact tractor and my search has led me to Kubota, Kioti and now TYM thanks to your channel. They need to do some work on their website though. It seems like it’s a common problem with these tractor companies but it is next to impossible to make sense of all the models on TYMs website and what the differences are. I can’t even differentiate the different frame sizes and if certain models are Branson or TYM.
UA-cam is a major way new shoppers like me search things now a days. It would do TYM good to have you do a current model lineup walkthrough. Your videos are excellent. Thanks!
The website needs some work for sure. I can say my TYM tractors don't need any work. 😁 They have been rock solid.

Acquisition and mergers are not new to farm equipment manufacturers. Allis-Chalmer and Ford are just a couple. The norm is the fact that the one with the best sales outlook usually ends up the winner as the other fades into the past.
TYM bought the Branson brand outright. Instead of killing Branson, they kept the tractors and the people.
@Tony's Tractor Adventure Homestead Thanks Tony, but I've lived through the Era of both Allis,Chalmers and Ford. They were both told they wouldn't die off either, but we'll wait for history to be written by the acquisition and restructuring process to be completed
I love TYM tractors...my 1st one I got was a T394 and I just got a new T25 and love them both ...there awesome tractors...I've looked at a lot of tractors and I started watching you and started looking at TYM and im glad I found your channel...im a Tym fan and that's all I will ever buy ...I can't say Enough good thing about TYM ..thanks so much for your channel...

You are a champion Tony! I was confused about Branson Tractors, but your video has cleared it up. I have had my TYM almost 3 years but unfortunately we don't have good support in Australian. The distributors are trying their best to grow the brand but its slow progress. Regardless, my tractor has changed my life after experiencing a permanent spinal injury, however, I love my tractor and your video has inspired my to ring TYM Australia again and see what improvements that are possibly coming up. It seems like TYM is a growing brand in Australia. A company selling Mahindra tractors in my local town now is selling TYM tractors.
I’d be more worried if I had a Branson tractor in Australia. A company called Midway Sales used to sell them but they closed down around four years ago. There is a Branson Tractors Australia but it is difficult to say what support they can give.
Any TYM dealer will service any Branson Tractor.
@kdegraa Thanks for the heads up! In Sydney hardly any one wants to touch it. My local tractor spare parts guys said they won't be supporting TYM which was very disappointing. The closest dealer is in the Windsor and they are a lawnmower specialist selling TYM on the side and don't service the machine. On the back of Tony's video I will be ringing the TYM Australia distributor once again to see if they have made any more progress with the local dealers. However, I lived in Batemans Bay 300km south of Sydney for 10 years which is a regional area and they seemed more open to sell newer products.

Most of the Branson Dealers became TYM Dealers. This will open up a lot more choice depending on your location.
At the moment my biggest concern is how the RK and TYM relationship evolves over time. As an RK 25 owner I don’t feel there will be a parts issue. Warranty may become an issue over time. No crystal ball.
The good thing is, you will be able to get parts through TYM if something goes south.
I believe history is on the side of TYM on this concern. TYM did support partsbfor Cabelas branded tractors. No need to worry and I know because I was a TYM Territory Manager at that time so can speak to this with first hand knowledge.

10 inches of snow last night and the T25 was great nice and warm in the cab and got the job done.
That is awesome. We don't get much snow here, but I've always thought it would be fun to use the snowblower. On a tractor!

Have a RK dealer 4 miles from me but I really like the 494 that TYM has, so I'll have to go 100 miles to get one.
The t494 is a beast of a tractor.

Hi Tony , Who is the biggest TYM Parts dealer for me to buy parts . I bought a T264 3 months ago and it had a cracked dash lens .They said they'd replace it free . The place I bought it just gives me the runaround when they answer the phone . Figured I buy one instead of waiting for a free one plus I asked them to check for me a Mid Mount PTO . Called 2 times and never heard back . So I'm looking for a good parts place for my tractor before the dash lens starts leaking from water when I'm working in snow or rain. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated . Thanks
I am not sure. My dealer at Paris Outdoor Power in Paris Tennessee has always done me well.

Love my 2515H Branson and ordered a 5520H TYM and just arrived at the dealer with the wrong tires (size not style) is it common to switch sizes from what’s listed on the website ? Disappointed if that’s the case.

@@TonysTractorAdventure just went and picked the tractor up and after looking I think the smaller diameter tires will be a better fit, so all good. Dealer was awesome and had a great experience. D&D farm supply Wisconsin A+

Well he’s wrong about the warranty part. I just visited my Branson dealer today about purchasing a tym tractor and he said they do not now or ever will work on a tym tractor under warranty
This is about as misinformed as can be. There are no Branson dealers. They either sold their dealership rights or became TYM dealers. This sounds a bit like a troll.
@@TonysTractorAdventure excuse me? I drove 1-1/2 hour to a Branson dealer or whatever it was called to be told if I owned a tym tractor they would not do any work to it. And this was today. March 31st 2023 to be exact
