The president should totally support Dave Umahi over crooked contractors who have benefited from the status quo.

  • @silasoyeme9681

Even from his discussions and explanation, you knows exactly what he's talking about. Kudos 👏

  • @aleemibrahimtunde7248

Mr sheun pls invite minister of power as well as his sector is as important to Nigerians as as anything

  • @g.oakorede7269

Dear Engineer, I paid close attention to your words. I believe your efforts should be dedicated to the construction of new roads, allowing Nigerians to witness and understand your vision. You are a strong advocate for the construction of concrete roads. Let our people see it.

  • @timiademiluyi2775

This is still the most productive session ever since I have been listening to Channels. The Minister is doing this the same way we do things in the US. Monitoring, hands on, reducing waste & abuse & getting big bang for our money. And of course eliminating fraud. Mr. Umahi, thumbs up👍🏽

  • @eboemmanuelkelechi3099

So far Dave Umahi and Wike are the active ministers in this administration.

  • @stanleyekeoha8950

This guy is an asset to the administration. He's a tested engineer, and he has his facts. Seun will do the public good by having his own facts before asking certain questions. Journalism would be better served too. It's not good to exaggerate and to assume facts when you don't have them. This segment is a productive one, and I believe a lot of people are tuned in.

  • @emmanuelakpan196

Mr Umahi and Wike will make this administration success if they have the funds .

  • @suntanglory

The president is the president of the federal republic of Nigeria but your own adjective of it is subjective"Seun Akinbaloye.😅😂 l like the honourable minister of works Dave umahi,he is a decent Nigerian that truly wants the best for Nigeria.l pray he succeed and Nigerians support him totally.Rigid pavement is the solution for countries like Nigeria, especially the southern parts of Nigeria. These contractors know it,but they would rather Nigerians continue to suffer in bad roads while they collect billions yearly for repeating the same bad jobs.Grade 40 concretes would put an end to all that,it will last for 40 to 50 years, even without much maintenance. The contractors know that too that is why they are fighting it.Dave umahi is showing why you should have ministers in their areas of speciality.Round peg in a round hole.Nigeria has all the material for concrete roads locally without importing...Concrete roads will increase cement production, which means more factories, more jobs, reduce price of cement, reduce capital flight etc.Thank you.

  • @lkylky1730

Mr Umahi was trying to explain the need for crossover at busy intersections, but the overzealous journalist kept interrupting him with his distractions - because he didn’t want to be proven wrong by the minister over the journalist’s seemingly wrong claim that the Lagos to Ibadan highway seems to continue with it’s traffic gridlock. I think the Minister is an Engineer. He responds quite logically and uses a bunch of engineering technical words in his responses.

  • @stankwus8679

I think we have gotten it right by appointing Engineer David Umehi as the minister for work and housing. He spoke like a real engineer, competent and understands the ethics and professional uderstanding of our roads. I am not a fan of David Umehi, but I most give credit to whom it is due to. Nigeria will get better when we start appointing compotent professionals into core areas of our economy.

  • @collinsukpabi4718

Mr Seun, give the civil servant his credit. Professional journalism in Nigeria desires more to be expected. Frankly the minister has been humble unlike many other APC guests I have listened to. Kudos to Senator D.

  • @iam_bantu-eh3bz

And please invite the Iron and Steel Minister...Ajaokuta Steel plant must come alive for full industrialization of our Country...

  • @Olumuyiwa2927

I’m impressed with Mr Dave Umahi. He is cost conversant and quality driven. This is a potential future President. 8 years Governor, Senator now a Federal Minister. I hope our Igbo brothers will support as he requested

  • @antnam4406

The Sukukh fund they released few days ago and closed recently was over subscribed by 435%, raised more money than expected. If they want to do more, they can and then make the money back by tolling. Nigerian investors are willing to put money in projects like this that will move the country forward.

  • @Juslucky1

Mr Minister, whether concrete or asphalt; without materials testing the projects will still fail. How many contractors carryout Slump Test, Plate Bearing Test, CBR Test, Nuclear Density Test, Moisture Content Test, Aggregate Test, Flakiness Test, Liquidity Test in Nigeria?

  • @docwase

The best minister of works that knows his onions if he delivers.

  • @victorchizurum3979

    Able minister

  • @kazeemmogaji4057

Some people are comparing Sheun to one arrogant journalist that don't do is investigation journalism b4 running is mouth

  • @eboemmanuelkelechi3099

If we ask Nigerians to vote Dave Umahi to be president, they'll remember his Igboness. Jokers😂😂😂
