Bege is such a ridiculous card tbh. Yes, Owen should have swung with Uta Leader first, because then it negates the Bege from stealing the game from him, but still. Just the fact that Uta had Katakuri dead to rights if it wasn't for one extremely lucky trigger at just the right time is pretty toxic. I guess as the saying goes, it's better to be lucky than skilled.

10 cost Big Mom and Bege proving that broken and disgusting cards in One Piece are okay for Bandai as long as they're not red

The Thing about 10 cost big Mom is, that you can only Play her If your opponent have not a full Board..
If Owen would have countered the Nami and Brook the Turn before, he couldnd Play the 10cost Mom, because He have to removed the Board. Otherwise the Mom Play would be his loss.
The +1 Life would do nithing against 6-7 Attacks.
10 cost mom needs a good mid Game to be Played, or you need to be at 4+ then.

So this is actually something kinda important and dumb. In the rule book, you TECHNICALLY can't say that you have enough counter and lie to your opponent. BUT you can seem indecisive about activating a trigger card. You just can't say "man idk if I wanna activate this Thunderbolt" when it's not. Hopefully that makes sense.

I’m really not a fan of yellow. I don’t like how much of a gamble it feels with triggers. Going against yellow feels awful when the triggers hit right.

Even if he swings with leader first bege takes away a 10k. All you need to do is draw enough counter to live a 7k attack or another blocker from 2 cards and u win. Literally no way out of it
