This is the only reason gel guns are better than airsoft. also my man really saw some dogs try to bite him and goes back, that's real smart. personally If someone cant train their dog to not act like that they shouldn't have it, but animal control normally just puts them down instead of giving them a proper home where people can train them properly. and if they aren't trained currently at least have them tethered to something or have a fence.
