Great review thx i couldnt find one anywhere else. I bought the 300+ from Argos and sent it back. Its kph only and programs are a nightmare to work out if doing your own as the intervals change if you change the length of run. Naff fan same as yours. Gonna buy the 300 which is mph and has programs like this one.

Can you confirm if the programs on the screen at top move aling as you run. Ie the speed and incline so you can follow it and see when its gonna change. Again cant do this on the new 300+
lookin this treadmill all over the stores and in online. currently out of stock because of lockdown people have bought. broke my body train treadmill few days ago. even if i have to wait months and months i will wait to get this treadmill. where did you get it from btw
It’s most likely the join in the tread going over the rollers.. a lot of treadmills have that slight thump thump thump especially when new.. as the tread belt become more supple the sound gets less

Press down on the incline buttons while the console key is in. Remove the key from the console as the unit is rising, and then put it back in again after a few seconds if the incline is not working properly.
I've fallen off a treadmill before It was at Fitness4Less in the darkroom. Someone had left it on and the music was on loud and I couldn't tell someone had left it on I put my foot on and flew backwards. I thought I'd slipped getting on and then immediately got on again and the same thing happened. Luckily it wasn't going too fast
Yes I would say so, Higher Top speed, More incline levels, but gt40s has more programes. From what i've read, GT40'S is harder to setup. But I think the gt40 is a good machine and cheaper. I suppose it depends on those questions. Hope this helps.
Thanks bud the only difference I can see between this and the 300 is the amount of weight it can carry, the 200 is for up to 120Kg the 300 is for fat blokes like me lol it can carry up to 140Kg.
Does the incline only go up to 12% or is it 15%? I'm thinking of ordering this 200(and description in literatrure says 15%) but notice yours is only 12? Cheers

I didn't hurt myself. I saw the funny side. Shame I haven't got it on video, it could have gone viral. I don't plan to recreate it anytime soon though
I lubricated my belt, but now my belt is of alignment. It's not that easy to adjust.

Distance is default 0, to change speed and distance to mph you have to insert safety key while holding two buttons.

Just pick a program, the graphics on screen show u how intense it is, if not look online for the program manual.

Hi yes it's 15 incline. The 12 setting is just the button. But if you push plus button it goes upto 15.
