The layout of this house is too repetitive to the other houses in it's price range. If I were looking to buy a house in this price range, I would pass for it is not unique, it shares similar floor plans with other houses it's size. And when your spending that much cash, you don't want it to be similar to your neighbors.
At what point do you see the full layout or floor plan?? It looks different to the other grand houses of this style I’ve seen so I’ve no idea what you’re on about.

The grand entrance is very similar to the same grand entrances of houses it's caliber. The rooms are all pretty standard and what you expect to see. The landscaping, the architecture. Seen it all a hundred times before. I am just saying, nothing in this house is unique when comparing it to other houses alike. If I were to advise buyers, I would tell them to keep looking for something more special and unique.
