I have ridden bikes like Hunk, FZ250, Dominor 400, Enfield Classic 350, Pulsar 220f, Apache 200v, Triumph Speed 400. And i must say Hero has pulled a magic with this bike, there are very little issues that can be fixed individually. But as a whole this is the best bike if you want both power and comfort. This is the bike that is comfortable for rider and pillion. i have ridden 400 km non stop with pillion dint feel any issue. If you need power it has it, if you need mileage it has it, if you need torque (Hell yea it has it), if you need comfort you have it.... Just test ride it once and then you will understand what iam saying!!!

Very right comments but it is having long stroke gear so no need to change frequently ...3rd and 4rth gear u can rave from 30 to 100 km/hr without any engine idling which I have not experienced in other bikes
For the horn issue if its a single horn you can combine it with a pulsar horn or replace it completely with 2 pulsar horns. That's what i did with my glamour and its much louder now. Coming to short powerband it seems that's a common characteristic of all hero engines from 125cc to 440cc, having to constantly change gears in traffic is especially very frustrating

I have seen this bike going till 150+ speeds , but yes there is definitely power at the top end , the torque will be slightly less at that speed as it's the same with all 2 and 4 wheelers.
The colour grading at some sections of the video was very good but at some sections it has gone too much. So, just look for it in the next one🙌🏻. And yes, Hero has a huge dealership network but the after sales service experience isn't that good because they have less experienced mechanics and there might be other issues, So Yeah!

Unfortunately sales are too low for this bike..Hero has to bring some updates like more colour options and probably some new variants.This bike deserves better sales tbh..
@D_Ghost-e8c bro hero has 3 kinds of dealerships now..One is the Premia which is the most premium dealership where 200cc plus vehicles are available along with Xtreme 160 4v and you get premium service...Second is Hero 2.0 dealerships where all bikes frok Splendor to X440 are available but you get a premium experience than local showroom..3rd is Hero local dealerships where you will get 3rd class experience in terms of everything..The Premia and 2.0 dealerships are around 500 plus currently..Hero is rapidly expanding them..The only way they can gain more sales of the premium bikes is keeping them relevant by bringing more variants and aggressively promoting..Karizma XMR and Mavrick needs more variants and updates..The good thing is Hero RandD is strong now and they are capable of pulling of that.But it takes time as the brand Hero lacks premium image among average indians..Hero has already trademarked Mavrick scrambler and Karizma 250 versions..This clearly shows the brand is following the keep it relevant approach which is a good thing..
Guys who are using this bike should go premium engine oil like motul, liquid molly, shell or castrol with 15w50 engine oil grade and 2.5 litre engine oil quantity. Company engine oil is not upto the mark and is really expensive.
Bro, i bought this beauty last week, Gear ratio is not short! You no need to change gear every time. On 3 gear it go upto 60 on 4th it take you to 80-100. 2nd gear 40 easly touch karega

Xtreme great as it a newly developed 160cc 4v engine from house of hero., and handle stability - excellent and nimble for traffic ⛔ even by accidentally I jumped a bumper at 45 speed but still it managed to keep me grounded on the bike. Initial acceleration is 🔥 @@nerdynaren

So if you didn't got any call from the hero about the technical update, that means ur bike doesn't hv that . In this update, Hero will upgrade the gear wheel inside the engine from fiber to metal.
Maverick Anyday, don't go for CB350 series, they've a lot of issues to deal with, don't trust me? Just search for it, cb350 rusting issues, cb350 cam shaft issues, cb350 abs fail, cb350 paint chipping........
It's also there in the cons list , in this budget , Hero gave a good console, agree they could have done a better job there. Which bike console do you like?
Every vedio I see of this bike they have that black colour which looks bland and boring specially when you compare it with other bikes. Many people ignore this bike because of this stupid reason and when they see it in flesh 🤯🤯🤯, even I was like them at first but when I saw that red ♥️ one it blew my mind and when I got to ride it , it was super experience , hands off to Hero for this.

I am riding a Himalayan 411 and many times I have observed how difficult it gets when you fall into a tricky situation. 2. Resale value might be less in future as it has failed to get the market attention. 3. Look-wise.. it's not that pleasing to the eyes (subjective). 4. If you consider Triumph for a moment, even though it's coming from the Bajaj family its quality controls are on another level. 5. Low gearing makes it very tough to ride in the city, especially when you consider 40-50 km for a daily commute in busy traffic conditions. 6. I don't like how they have done wirings (subjective) for brakes and clutch. I feel the bike was made in haste to beat the competition and hence, they didn't focus on design language. The way they show up in a naked bike it looks as if it has been done by some cheap labour and jugad kind of solution. 7. Not sure about the body panels but the colours in which it is available look very plasticky and feel that over a while, it won't be pleasing to the eyes. 8. We are now in 2024 and I don't see any practicality of the dash that has been provided. It looks odd, it is TFT(no colour display) 😥and still has turn-by-turn navigation.. 🤦. If you consider keeping this bike for at least 5 years, I feel the tech that's being offered will become too old by next year.

The seat is spacious enough for 2 ppl , to get a feel, do take a test ride with a pillion.
Short gearing is not a problem when you have 36NM torque i have ridden Maverick it does really good in cities

80 -90 , after 90 some handlebar vib'n starts , do take a test ride to verify this , mine is initial unit

Dealer presence is there , but the service experience is not optimal, reason being most of the bikes there are sub 150cc, thats Hero's main Market .
