This teaching identifies the three major parts of our being: spirit, soul, and body, and gives the relationship between each. At salvation, our bodies and souls are not saved. Their salvation has been purchased but they aren't redeemed yet. Our spirits are the only parts of us that was completely changed at salvation. The rest of the Christian life is a process of renewing our minds and then manifesting in our bodies the change that is already complete in our spirits.

03:29 And then there was the Day of Atonement, one day out of every year where the High Priest entered into the Holy Place and put the blood on the altar to atone for the sins of all of the people, and that had to be done every year.
07:00 That one of the differences between the Old Covenant and the New Covenant, there's many, but one of them is that the person under the Old Covenant could never get their conscience purged.
13:01 So, in verse 12, it says, He entered in once into the Holy Place, He obtained Eternal Redemption. Verse 15, says that He obtained Eternal Inheritance for us.
16:57 God is dealing with you just as if you had never sinned.
20:56 Sin might give Satan an inroad into your body and into your mind, but not into your spirit. God is a spirit, God sees you in the spirit.
That one act that Jesus suffered included rejection, disrespect, disregard, physical suffering, humiliation and every other transgression, accusation... so profound... the walk to Calvary.

This is revolutionary! I have catholic friends whom I feel are being oppressed by a religious spirit that is keeping them from really feeling the LOVE of God and having a deep relationship with our father. I would love to send them some information on how to break free. I am not sure how to talk to them because they are in such fear to keep these religious ways.

I think what a great number of people don't understand is that even if you could live without committing even one sin in this life, you're still born in sin with a dead spirit.
