Neeko first clear is actually extremely fast. If you start Blue or Red, copy Melee minion from the first wave and start W. Just transform and kill camp in Melee Minion transformation. You have 1.25 attack speed as Melee Minion. You start Q only if starting Raptors or if doing a level 2 gank botside but, that is only if you start Red Side. That is so you can have a hard leash from you bot side on your red buff and still be able to make 2nd wave and be at the front of the wave as a melee minion. I'm Neeko JG OTP in Grandmaster atm.
@@skywallkee I just tried black fire, liandry's , cosmic in mid. I was able to 1 shot the casters with Q or E alone I think im starting to hate rocket belt
@@shibascylla8787 yea, rocketbelt is a good option if you need access to their backline (them having big range champions), but in my opinion most of the time just your flash is enough
But this game you (Diamond I in peak) played vs Silvers on our beloved 3% pickrate Neeko... ofc its "legitimately 1v9", what could they do vs high-elo off-meta OTP. Why wont you try this "Insane build" in EUW Diamond games? :D
