I get anxiety just watching this unfold.
Why its not like someone will actually fall for that email
This a great caste study to build an awareness about the issue. Well done!
Thanks Witold!
great video, how do you descript to the original file?
Can we launch this attack via open source tools?
what about the patch files?
Domnule cristi,felicitari ! Foarte bun tutorial :)
This example makes it seem as though it takes several steps to get hit. It's FAR easier than this.
broo im a new cybersecurity student. I have an assignment where I need to simulate a ransomware attack and use forensics on it. Please help me out
can you talk about decrypting mztu files?
How have you made the scripts? I want to learn it for testing purpose on my virtual environment

Plz the background music name
This has ever happened to me. I went to a website in hopes of downloading dark souls 2. It looked like a web installer yet it was ransomware
Good Job
This is just a question... What happens if you change the extension and make it what it was before like:
If questions.pdf gets encrypted to questions pdf .bart why don't you delete "bart" and replace it with .pdf?
Chances are, it may get damaged or still stay unopened
@@janitorC Ohh thanks
The file is encrypted, just changing the extension won't make any difference.
Good awareness..
It is not funny when you see malicious pop-up window messages that looks like rogueware--but is much worse than rogueware. You hear repeated low beeps, and a robotic voiceover says something like
"Your computer has been hijacked, and you must pay $3,500,000 in bitcoin within 35 minutes! All of your files are now encrypted, and if you fail to pay the ransom within 35 minutes, all of your files will be deleted and your computer will be dead!".....something like that.
This is how scary ransomware can be when it attacks your computer!!!
Lol a lot of ifs and buts here. Nobody would just click yes in a one drive download or a cmd
It’s possible to get infected by just visiting a url
An old granny would
You say that, but we deal with real cases - you won't believe what users will just click on. That's why ransomware makes so much money!
Can we inject this ransomware attack in a photo or pdf instead of this zip file bcz user will click more trustly in photo instead of zipfile(plss reply)
