08/08/24 Carp baked,catfish charcoal grilled for lunch at friend’s new house.

  • Carp and catfish freshly caught yesterday at Nicasio Reservoir and today cooking for lunch at friend’s house. We had a good lunch cause it’s been awhile since teamwork was busy moving,now everything is almost done so they take a break to enjoy the delicious meal.

    What a throw down! Good eats for everyone, I would have licked the foil! That fish dip sauce made my mouth pucker and burn, I know exactly
    how that fish wrap taste, you guys have outdone yourself with the fish grilling, Get back out there and whack some more!

      😂🤣 thank you for nice comment 🙏 they said that the grill carp was very delicious! 😋 I called it fingers licking good 👍😂🤣 tomorrow I will go to fish for some more cause the catch from last time, I share some with my friend and the rest cooked to share with them.

    Hi sis ; look like you guy preview O Park or not ? I never been in to Stockton over 20 years ago now I'm 68 years old I can't recognize to any body in the pas we are turn old every thing is change, I wish I can turn the clock back, sis do you know how to make mum chao? carp meat is good for mum chao eat raw it taste so darn good , slice carp meat to thin strip marinate with salt- galanga roasted rice for 10 days before chao with Papaya - galanga roasted rice for over 24 hours is ready to eat if less sour add lime to it, some people add ginger, but I don't, try my method to see if you like it bye .

      Hi pou, I apologize for calling you brother on my previous comment caused by the way you call me sis lol. I’m young just turned 55 on the 5of August and my husband is turning 65 today. Btw we’re not from Stockton,we’re from Oakland,Ca. Oh one more thing I want to say thank you for sharing your recipe. About mum lahong and phark I love to make it every time I catch a carp cause my children love it.
