    The history behind these distilleries are amazing. Colonel E.H. Taylor was a genius. At Castle and key distillery, he built a train that would bring people from the city, to the distillery to promote whiskey since a lot of people did not drink it back then. He would also throw Gatsby like parties while everyone was there. Buffalo Trace and Castle and Key distilleries are so interesting!!

      You can still see the railbed in different places as you drive down that road. It's on the left as you drive under the interstate bridge (when the road is open). And it continues to pop up as you continue to drive toward Versailles.

    So, when do you write the book with pretty pictures and stories, Nick? ‘Cause this simultaneously made me thirsty and want more detail.
