I had my G test today and it was a success for me... as a matter of fact, is your video that helped me a lot to pass smoothly..... it was the same route they took me for the drive test. No more Parallel parking and three point turn in G road test.... I recommend each and everyone who is going for his or her G road test in barrie to take your video lesson very serious and I bet the person that he's gonna excel out in flying colours...thank You🙏🙏🙏
@@stinsonvish I passed with flying colors. Took me 4-5lessons plus driving on my own on the highway for a month. But yeah, instructors aren’t dumb so they can sense nervousness but confidence too. Just drive safe always and unlearn bad driving habits.
@@Kggmama congratulations! Did you have G2? I am thinking of going straight for G as I don’t have my G2. Do you think its okay to do so as long as I am eligible?
At 13:00 where you mentioned that you start to slow down at the V shape.. thats incorrect. This made ma fail my G yesterday. You should start slowing down once you hit the ramp. :/
Hi! Thank you for the helpful video. I have my G test tomorrow. I had a few last minute questions, if you don’t mind answering. I’ve seen many routes for the Barrie G road test on UA-cam. The thing is, they’re from last year and beyond. Currently, is it just the one route that you showed or are there more? Also, would it be okay to pull forward when I park in the end? Just checking if parking doesn’t matter for this test as it is not the G2.
It depends on the examiners if they would take you to another route but this is the most common one. Parking is not a big deal for G. You can do front parking.
I checked the G test route yesterday, Essa road repair is finished, so there are three lanes after turning left. Should I go directly to the far right lane and merge onto 400S? Or should I turn to the far left lane, and do 3 lane changes to merge onto 400S?
Barrie in general is considered one of the hardest. But if you live here and know your way around the city it will be easy. That intersection between Mapleview and 400 is extremely busy !!! But again ...because Costco is located right in that corner, I used to go there almost every second day for a year. Needless to say I knew the route with my eyes closed.
Hello a question, I have an exam in two days I did my route and the inspector told me that I should drive at 80 km / h where are the yellow lines and you say that 100 km / h what is your recommendation, thank you.
Hi Johan! I have the same question, did you drive at 80 where the yellow lines even though there was no sign? Bc my instructor told me the same as you and I’m nervous 🙇♀️
And this is why the roads are full of people who can’t drive. You are teaching them to drive systematically by memorizing your videos, and not actually having the skills to be on the road to make safe split Second decisions . Everyone fails their driver test through the graduated system at least once . This is dangerous

Thank you for the feedback however, you must have hit the brakes. That's where you take your foot off the gas pedal and coast.
my G is in three days and I've watched this on repeat, thank you!
Good luck 🤞
Did you passed it ?
@@dharmangshah226 i did!

It's better to stay in the middle lane which will make it to change lanes.
Thank you for this video! How many routes are there for Barrie?
My pleasure. One route.
Which one is easier routewise and examinerwise? Barrie or Burlington
I did mine at portunion but he was so rude!
Both are good 😊

Please follow the posted speed limit as there's construction and it may change as per conditions.

Will it be a problem if my car is tinted?
No.
Hi do you have Groute 2 as well?
No sorry
So there is no parallel parking and three point turn for the G License test in Barrie?
No
So it’s strictly just lane changes? I heard the G test has been modified permanently?
