Højlund has the potential to become a world class striker not unlike Preben Elkjær. He has many of the same qualities, though of course he has to put them to good use. But he is still very young, and if he keeps improving he will be masterclass in the upcoming years. Just imagine him at 26.

If he doesn't keep improving he won't reach Elkjærs level - but if he does keep improving, he will. That would be dream come true. If he matures the right way, he could be a force to be reckoned with. Right now the goals are coming quite regularly. And he is good to watch and United fans are seeing that, he could become quite a crowd favourite.

Why? Preben was one of the best strikers of the 80s. We don't know if this young man will be able to be great like Elkjaer.
