If i want to go around a week before Christmas, would it be too cold and how’s the driving down there like? Wound it be difficult to drive? Thanks!
To be safe, I would put chains on your car or take public transportation. It's a lot of hills and mountain climbing. Weather can change at any moment.
Winter Park Local here. Hope you had a great trip. Definitely recommend riding the shuttle up from DIA, then utilizing the town bus system; no need for a car.
