As we can see, there is still no official driver for ARC WHQL. As you can see Intel is working very carefully nat the driver.

More expensive than a used 3070 while being significantly slower. How is this "top"?

Can you ad MH wilds?
while I didn't try MH Wilds with the 3070, I did with the Arc a770(8GB variant), and on average, on 1080p Medium settings while in combat and intense weather, I got on average about 30fps(+- 5 frames), while exploring, I got around 40fps. There were also visual bugs with the water in the game, which I believe is just an Intel Arc thing with the game's beta, as I tried with other GPU's, GTX 1080 & 6650XT, and they both performed well without visual glitches.
