My secret to smores is to use chocolate covered graham crackers. That way the graham crackers is completely covered in chocolate. & then add a flavored chocolate if you want. But I found with everything you have to take with you camping, less is better/easier. So I usually just bring marshmallows & chocolate covered graham crackers. A couple times I brought a flavored chocolate to add in. But its already sweet enough with chocolate covered graham crackers & marshmallows. 🤷

With 3 children it is extremely rare to have a night alone. Great video! The new sofa and ottoman are perfect! No eating on the new sofa for sure! It should last at least until you are emty-nesters. Sweet Luna was probably wondering 'who are these people and where are my parents?

Hi Buddy and Steph, I like charred also. My trick to get more is to char one, pull the charred coating off and char the next layer then onto next layer. You can get 3 or maybe 4 out of one marshmallow. Not a fan of the soft center, too sweet for me. I often think about how great it would’ve been to have had a marriage like yours. What a fun thing to do. And it’s always fascinating to see how men and women have different thought processes on the same thing. Something we don’t always consider when we’re younger and it gets frustrating. I’m pushing hard on 80, and alone. So, believe me, it’s not that hard to watch and wait. That’s not about the two of you. You working together just made me think about it. ❤❤ The water for the microwave is something you need to do when microwaving mostly dry items. You can look it up as I’m not good at explaining. But it’s important. Or used to be. Maybe not so much on newer microwaves.
If you're not making the smores in the tent. Light your stove and burn the marshmallow on the flame. We used to do that all the time when we were kids. Mom called them city slicker Smores.
