My husband + I, also, have a Lagotto. It's been fun watching Fracce as he reminds us a lot of Gus...love of sticks, not very cuddly, the cold (we rarely have snow/ice) and often afraid of new things. We are purposely getting our hands all over him as he doesn't ask for pets, although he often lays between our feet at night. Keep sending videos! Gus will be 10 months on the 22nd of February. ♡
Oh, how fun that you also have a Lagotto. They truly are amazing dogs ! It sound good that you pet him, we did the same with Frasse and he has started to really enjoy being close now when he is soon to be 2 years. We got very lucky and called our breeder right when the puppies were planned. But try give them a call, their name is Lord Nelson and we are very happy with them! 🥰 I hope you get your own puppy soon!
Oh, sad to hear you had to say goodbye to a friend and hope you get another puppy! We love Lagotto for their independence and loving nature. They are also very funny and always give us a smile on our faces 🥰 The difference i would say is that they are very much like cats in some ways, or at least Frasse is.
