Hi. Nice channel. My fortunella took its time to grow this last spring, I would say that it started growing late july. But here, in southwest Europe, july has been a very hot and dry month, so may be the species opens buds with a delay respect to other kind of trees. Orange and lemon trees take a couple of weeks to start moving every year as well as fortunella, at least, here.
This year, there were some trees in Japan that continued to rain and died. The weather has the greatest effect on the growth of bonsai. Unseasonable weather is a problem.

葉を全て取ってしまって大丈夫ですか？相当、木に負担が掛かると思いますが。裸姿を拝見しますと詰まった素晴らしい木ですね。
機に負担はかかります。
ですので、葉刈りする前にはたっぷり肥料をあげて元気にします。
そうすると、芽がいっぱい出てきて枝分かれが増えます。
ただ元気がないと、たまに枯れてしまうこともありますよ
