Yeah I just watched back most of the shots on .25 speed and you are not pressing anything at all to pull out the throwing knife. You scroll wheel down after the knife pulls out to switch back to primary. But I am watching all your fingers closely even the side mouse button you aren't pressing anything to do the throwing knife. That is a blatant macro
