- The phrase "decoying geese" is taken to the extreme on this hunt. Watch as Team Deadfowl literally finish thousands of geese within feet of their blinds. Hundreds of cackling Canada geese come to this field knowing its a safe place to rest. Little do they know, it can also be the last place they rest. Large flocks, great shooting, awesome camera angles, and an Oregon landscape make this hunt fun to watch. Look very closely for leg bands and a yellow neck collar on one of the geese sitting in the decoys during the middle of the hunt!.

Massive respect for just enjoying that moment in time with all of the geese. We had a hunt out in ND like this, but with Mallards. Something ill never forget and ill hold onto for life.
Jeremy, Thank you! Sometimes it's just not worth burning a field like that for a collar. We have many opportunities throughout the season on collars but that never makes it easy haha. I hope you have a great season!

Excellent show of sportsmanship and self restraint. I enjoy watching hunting videos were the hunters display a little more appreciation for the animals than just pulling the trigger.

A 3 ó 4 gansos por cabeza me parece una cacería muy razonable, no hay que ser avariciosos. Después viene lo mejor, la degustación en mesa de semejante manjar.
Es correcto qué pongan una ley cerdos caza ganso s lnumanos y todavía se burla de los gansos

You anti hunters are amazing, it is the State Legislature and the game departments that decide what animals and birds can be hunted and in addition it is the money from license sales and tags that fund the game departments and to improve habitat. Our problem is not to much hunting but over population, it is expanding urban areas and roads that are destroying habitat for all types of animals and birds.
State game money ! What a wonderful cooperation with nature. Please keep on considering it as a hero role to play, you're the best. After studying nature for ages please beleave this killings are just cheating with nature

If it weren't for conservation efforts (I.e. hunting), birds like these would overpopulate and thus starve themselves for lack of habitat/ food sources. They have a great natural defense and that is altitude and achieving it quickly. And it is not just for fun, waterfowl are delicious and feed a hungry family at little cost to the environment. Hunters: 1, environmentalists: 0.
