I little question, if u can take out time to reply... I am a fresher and hv got service based only from clg placements, I hv heard people talking about rejecting projects on bench(for months) in SBC until they get a decent one(for them) and perform well there and switch. Do u think this is realistic and less risky? Should I also be waiting for a project that I can provide more value in?
Sanket bhaya mujhe deloitte me 5 lpa ka package mil rha h or TCS me 3.5 ka konsa loon.last year ke jitne bhi Seniors deloitte me gye the sabne waha se switch kr liya and reason ye diya ki company bhs training period tk hi rkhti h to me soch rha hu ki pehle tcs join krleta hu or ek saal ka experience lekr + thodi or achi tayyari krke doosri company me switch krloon. Is it a wise decision? I am a fourth year student.
